It is a family home in a large garden. Terraced house where the family stops to rest.
Soft and calm, you can enjoy the beach 500 meters away or relax in the garden. No matter your means of transport on the Island, bike, car or hike, you have great walks around the house. 3 km from the port and 1.5 km from the Bourg de Saint Sauveur.
Minimum 2 nights. I do not accept animals. The accommodation includes: 1 WC, 1 bedroom (10 m2) with a large double bed, a wardrobe and a bathroom area (shower and sink). Exit to the terrace. This room gives access to another room (16 m2) where you find a fully equipped kitchen area. A table + chairs and a sofa. Always exit to the terrace.
On the terrace you have a table and 4 chairs, parasol and a view screen. (adjoining apartment)

Gite bien situé, proche (à vélo) du port (commerces) et des plages, au calme avec jardin agréable. Noter que l'appartement mitoyen n'était pas occupé lors de notre séjour. Contact cordial avec Marc et son épouse. On recommande.

Studio agréable et propreodeal pour un couple sans enfants, situé a mi-chemin entre port joinville et saint sauveur ou se trouve les commerces essentiels. la location est 5 minutes à pied de la plage ideal pour les personnes aimant profité de la plage en fin de soirée.

Maison idéale pour séjourner sur l’île d’Yeu

Maison très agréable, bien équipée et bien située. Tout est à proximité, au calme et on s’y sent très bien. La terrasse et le jardin sont parfaits pour profiter du soleil du matin jusqu’au soir. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, accueillants et discrets. Nous recommandons vivement et serons ravis d’y retourner.
