The staff was very friendly and efficient.Check-in was a breeze and I've never had a faster, easier check-out experience - just drop the keys and vehicle pass at the gate!
We stayed in a 1BR apartment with lots of room and a roomy balcony which was completely screened-in. The path along the lake was a very nice walk with lots of birds and some marsh rabbits.
I would have liked to have had a blender in the room for smoothies and it would have been nice to know we needed to bring our towels to the pool - yes, there were plenty of towels provided in the room, so it should have been obvious.
I have it on my list as a place to come back to.
Excellent Experience! Beautiful location and Staff was great
I enjoyed my stay. The unit was beyond my expectations and the view of the lake was lovely. I found the staff to be super friendly and responsive. I will absolutely stay at this location again.
Great proximity to everything Orlando has to offer. Property was clean and as described. Check in process was busy, took about 30 min, but it's a large property and was a Friday night so not a huge deal. Happy with my stay.
The resort is clean and bright. The check in process was simple. The location of our room was perfect. Parts of the resort are very busy with lots of children and families which was wonderful to see. We however wanted something a little more private and peaceful and somehow the lovely lady who check us in seemed to just know and put us in the back of the resort where it was very peaceful and serene.
Restaurant and game room is a bit pricey. The size of our room was great as was the balcony. Parking is plentiful and the kids absolutely loved treasure cove. Mask are not used by all staff nor is it enforced in anyway there.
The room was as advertised and amenities were as expected. The location of our room within the property however was less than ideal. Our first-floor room was adjacent to the ice machine and elevator equipment room. We heard every guest that used the elevator at all hours of the night. The outside wall of our room would vibrate every time the elevator was used. The front desk said the resort was full and could not find us another room. I would suggest staying on an upper floor if available.
I needed a place to stay last minute. Jake was there for me and quick to take action to reserve my stay. I did need to ask for extra pillows and blanket for pull out bed, but was taken care of as if I were an owner myself. Beautiful property inside and out. Lots to do with kiddos onsite and nearby.
This was a great place to stay for our short weekend trip. It’s only 10 minutes to Universal which was great! My only complaint is that you have to pay for WiFi. That wouldn’t be a huge deal except that the cell reception in the room was awful. It was hard to get anything to load. If we had stayed for any longer than two nights, it would’ve been very irritating.

Worth the Stay from a Boujie Momma on a Budget
We are a family of four. The room was very accommodating for a weekend stay. The bed and sofa mattresses could've been softer. But other than that, it was clean, affordable, atmosphere was a vibe, everyone was friendly. Restaurant food was on point. Front desk service was prompt and friendly. We were given passes for Treasure Cove, their water splash park. We were going to go to Fun Spot. We enjoyed treasure Cove and the Arcade and never went to Fun Spot. We really enjoyed ourselves and would love to go back.
My husband and I stayed here for a couple of days to visit family and visit some local attractions. The room was exactly as pictured online and had everything we needed. The bed and the shower were absolutely amazing.
We didn’t get the chance to visit any of the pool areas, but the marketplace area was very nice. The store has everything you might need, including wine and spirits. We did use the deli and eat outside. There are fire pits and tables to use outside.
It was close to the attractions and restaurants, so we weren’t stuck in traffic too often during our visit. All in all, this is a great resort in an ideal location with lots of amenities. Highly recommend!
Check in took about 20 mins. We could not park next to our building all spaces were full. We had to park in the garage at front of resort then had to wait 10 mins for a cart to take us to room so from check in to room was about 45 mins. Room smelled like beer and lysol, fridge was dented in floors looked nasty and bedroom was much older style than picture. Blinds would not close completely so put blanket over them for privacy. A big fight broke out around the building, multiple cops all over the place then we hear pounding on the adjoining unit by cops telling them if they don't open the door they are coming in. There was only a connecting door separating us from this and we did not have the lock on our side. I was very concerned that someone would bust into our room. We left during this altercation next door and had to walk to the front lobby. I told them we did not feel safe and they totally understood and would have given us a refund but said I booked through a 3rd party and would have to take it up with them. I got a hotel and in bed around 3am. I texted Jack after I woke up and let him know what took place and that we did not stay and would like a refund. He refused. He said I was safe and not threatened that I could come back and stay but no refund. He said I should have called him before leaving. He completely diminished our concern for safety, he got his money and that seems all that mattered to him. I will never book a property that he manages again!
