Résidence Argelès-Plage bord de plage

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement idéalement situé au bord de la plage à Argelès-Plage. A peine sortie des espaces vert de la résidence on se retrouve sur la promenade de bord de plage. Ce qui fait que cet appartement en rez-de-chaussée un lieu parfait pour profiter de la vue sur la mer. De plus, l'appartement bénéficie d'équipements complets pour faire que durant le séjour on se sente comme chez soi. Il y a également une petite zone avec des commerces de bouches à 2 min à pied en sortant de la résidence. L'accueil est la communication avec les propriétaires ont été parfait. Je recommande cette location à tous ceux qui ont envie d'un endroit idéalement situé pour se sentir comme chez eux.

Appartement moderne, fonctionnel, propre et tout équipé. Canapé lit très confortable. Ayant été opérée des vertèbres il y a 5 mois, j'ai apprécié le confort du matelas. Quartier très calme et petits commerces à proximité. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour aller à la plage c'est le top. Contact très sympa avec les propriétaires. Accueil très bien organisé et petites attentions très appréciables. Nous recommandons vivement

Très bon séjour

Nous avons été très bien accueillis et agréablement surpris par l'appartement. Ce dernier, très propre et disposant de l'ensemble de l'équipement nécessaire au séjour, est très bien situé à proximité de la mer et des commerces. Nous avons passé un super séjour d'une semaine en famille à Argelès-sur-Mer.

Klein, net appartement, goede faciliteiten in badkamer en keuken, maar woongedeelte is klein. Uitklapbare slaapbank heeft dunne matras. Ramen in loggia kunnen worden open geschoven, waardoor direct contact met buitenlucht. Noordligging, waardoor geen zon in appartement. Uitzicht op strand en zee, vlakbij.

Familie Sommer 2022 Strand und Ausflüge

Wir waren zu zweit mit unserer Tochter (8Jahre) da. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit Allem ausgestattet was man braucht, sogar noch Vieles mehr. Verständigung mit der Vermieterin nur auf französisch möglich, wir haben einfach eine Übersetzungs-App verwendet und alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert!!!! Wir haben den Blick von der Loggia genossen: Sonnenaufgang, Frühstück mit Meerblick oder lauwarme Spieleabende und die Ruhe, weit genug entfernt von der belebten Umgebung. Wir haben viele Ausflüge in die Umgebung gemacht oder den Tag am Strand verbracht. Die Lage ist einfach super und auch einen Parkplatz konnten wir immer gut finden. Durch die heißen Tage hatten wir in der Wohnung recht hohe Temperaturen, zwei Ventilatoren sorgten für etwas Luftzirkulation. Insgesamt war es ein super Urlaub. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hat uns auch im Vorfeld viel geholfen - trotz fehlendem Französisch! Einfach super wie das geklappt hat.

Appartement parfait et tout confort

Un petit appartement parfaitement bien rénové, tout confort, fonctionnel. La vue de la loggia donne directement... sur la plage. Quartier très calme. Idéal avec des vélos : le front de mer est aménagé. Mme Pasquelin, la propriétaire est très à l'écoute. Je recommande vivement ;-)
