Private Resort Style Villa and pool close to beaches

Newer construction Private relaxing Villa with incredible outdoor living area and oversized private pool, close to the beach.

Located in Long Bay just .7 km from Long Bay Beach access or through Leeward to access Grace Bay with .5 acre fully enclosed resort-style grounds and plenty of space for outdoor living and entertaining centered around a fabulous pool and outdoor living area.

A full remodel includes all new air conditioning units, furniture, mattresses, appliances, etc. of high-end finishes that await your family in an extremely clean and comfortable single-family villa.

For our guests' concerns and health of COVID-19, the Turks & Caicos Islands Environmental Health Department has approved and professionally inspected the Medori Companies, LTD. 2020 COVID-19 plan as of July 17, 2020.

The villa is 5 driving minutes from Salt Mills shopping, restaurants, etc. You can walk to Long Bay beach but that would be a hike at 0.7 km, yet less than a 3-minute car ride to the beach through the neighborhood. For Grace Bay, you drive through Leeward (gated community of $2M+ homes) and access that beach in about a 4-minute drive. All of the beach parking is easy and free so you will have no disadvantage having the car, other than the economy rentals are all the size of a VW bug, but with 4 doors, so you may upgrade to a larger car, minivans or SUV.

There are 2 Graceway grocery stores (Gourmet is 4 a minute drive and the larger store is less than 8 minutes) that we use.

Our villa is not on the beach and in a residential area on a .5 acre lot with a 6-foot perimeter wall so you will have privacy and space, but not desolate. Our neighbors include two doctors and a chief of police as we understand, we are still meeting new neighbors on our visits.

Don't hesitate to ask more questions as we are excited when sharing everything we know about TCI. Our on-island property manager will also be happy to meet you at the airport, take you to the property, and show you everything about the home if you prefer.

Amazing Vacation Home

This home is beautiful, immaculate, and well-stocked with everything we need. There were spices and condiments, which is so nice not to have to purchase for a vacation. The outdoor space and pool were so relaxing. The pool is huge, with floaties and plenty of furniture. The beds were comfortable. Our daughter slept on the pull of our sofa with no complaints. Coleen welcomed us at the home and was accessible when we needed her. She helped us with reservations and gave us tips. We rented a car so that we could explore as much of the island as possible. We didn't have time to explore everything we wanted to, so we will be back. We highly recommend Villa Medori as it is clean, well stocked, comfortable, and centrally located to everything.

Amazing Villa

Staying at this Villa in Turks and Caicos was an absolute delight. Colleen's exceptional communication from booking to departure ensured a seamless experience. The villa's cleanliness and fresh scent stood out, a welcome change from other places. Amenities like the washer, dryer, beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler were invaluable, saving us money and hassle. The well-stocked kitchen and Webber grill made meals a breeze. The pool was a serene oasis. One small improvement could be adding blackout curtains, but waking up early allowed us to fully enjoy the island. Highly recommend this villa for a memorable getaway. Additionally, its location, just 20 minutes from the airport and close to the beach, makes it ideal. For first-time visitors, renting a car is a must for exploring the island.

Great Getaway

We loved our stay at Medori Villa. The house was perfect...everything you would need. The pool was awesome!! It was such a pleasure to see my husband be able to completely relax. Rode the Provo ponies and kayaked in Mangrove Cay, and would recommend these excursions. Both were very close to the villa. We will definitely return. Five plus stars ********

Amazing Stay!!

We had the most amazing vacation in TCI and at Villa Medori. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure that we were well prepared for our trip and comfortable during our stay. The communication was awesome with both the owner, Melinda, and the property manager, Coleen. Our visit included my family of four, including kids ages 6 & 8. The villa was perfect. It had more than enough space for us, was incredibly clean, and very well stocked with everything we needed for cooking! The pool and patio area was incredible!! Very spacious, lots of areas in sun and shade to relax and enjoy the beautiful pool area. The outdoor dining area was great! They had everything we needed (and more!) for fun pool and beach days- towels, chairs, umbrella, coolers, floats, sand toys…the BEST we’ve ever seen at a VRBO property! What a nice surprise ☺️ Melinda and Coleen provided us with awesome suggestions for places to visit with our kids and detailed instructions on how to get to some great beaches! They checked in on us and helped us when needed with recommendations, etc. Our experience was top notch and we would highly recommend renting this property for your TCI vacation!

Fantastic Get-Away

Can’t say enough good things about Melinda and Coleen. Both owner and property manager went out of their way to ensure everything about our stay was perfect. The villa is awesome and great for adults, family, kids, etc. We rented a car and did different beaches most days, but still spent time in the pool everyday. The villa has a great outdoor space and we enjoyed cooking-out and being able to enjoy the amazing weather. We can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic Villa

Villa Medici was a terrific place to spend a relaxing week with my wife. The Villa is exactly as the photos show is very well maintained and well equipped for cooking, grilling having wine or drinks or just taking it easy. The salt water pool is warm enough to be enjoyable yet cool enough to be refreshing. The pool varies in depth from about 1 foot on the fist step of the shallow end to 5 feet at the deep end so it can accommodate all ages and abilities. The owner and the property manager were extremely friendly, helpful and communicative. The Villa was the highlight of our trip.

Wouldn't stay anywhere else than Villa Medori on Turks and Caicos

House is in a quiet neighborhood, but within 15 minutes of any place you'd want to go. We loved the house -- the furniture, the decor, the size of the rooms, and especially the size of the pool and the easy access for someone who had trouble with stairs. In addition, it was so nice to be able to prepare dinner and have different condiments at our fingertips. The kitchen in this house was the best equipped of any I've ever rented. We liked have a/c in the living room/kitchen area as well as ceiling fans. With the use of either or both, we were never too warm. Pool and ocean floaties were plentiful as well as beach chairs and an umbrella. There was nothing needed that Villa Medori didn't provide! Colleen and Melinda were so helpful with suggestions of places to go and where to eat. Also, Melinda was very patient with my lack of knowledge of Verizon cell phone use in the Turks and Caicos and explained it all to me. My friend and I had a great time and enjoyed the island and house so much we extended our trip by two days, and were quite sad to leave Villa Medori

Villa Medori is THE BEST

This was our first trip to TCI. We travel a lot with our kids and always stay at a VRBO so we can cook and home and avoid all of the crowds that are at the resorts. Without a doubt, this is the best VRBO we have ever stayed at. First, the property manager emailed several times before the trip, called me when we landed to make sure we had arrived, and was at the property to help us check in. She provided a ton of useful tips about the island and even followed up a few times during our stay to make sure we were doing ok. The pictures are an accurate representation of what you experience. The pictures look so great that I was concerned we would be disappointed once we got there. Not the case at all. The house is perfect. The owners have thought of everything. From a washer/dryer, to everything you need in the kitchen, to the outdoor cabinet that is loaded with beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys, you just have to bring your bathing suit. This is a perfect place for your family vacation. We are already looking at dates for our return trip!!

Everything we expected

This property was everything that we needed for a two week stay in TCI. The property manager Coleen was great! She came by to meet us and was helpful with all our questions. If you are staying at this property you will want to rent a car. It's a little off the beaten path which is what we like. As other reviews state, there are a number of stray dogs in the neighborhood. Which prevented us from being comfortable walking the area outside of the gated property. This would not keep us from booking here again. We enjoyed the pool daily. The outside shower was nice to rinse off after being on the beach. The entire house is air conditioned and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook with.

Piece of Paradise

This villa is just a piece of paradise on this beautiful island. The villa is absolutely perfect. The cleanliness, the space inside and outdoor space is just perfect. My husband and I rented a car and it literally takes 5-10 minutes to get to anywhere you want to go on the island. Melinda and Coleen were so nice to communicate with. They answered all our questions. I would highly recommend this villa as you won’t be disappointed. Thank you to the owners for sharing your villa and we definitely will be back.

We had an excellent experience at this property. The villa was lovely, especially the pool and outside areas. The home was very clean and well stocked for our family of 6. Great spot for a break

The house and pool were perfect for the 4 of us. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds very comfortable. There were plenty of floats for the pool and the house manager, Coleen, quickly handled a small issue we had with the beach chairs. The owners and Coleen are excellent to deal with. The area is slightly off the beaten path and under some construction when we were there, so you will need a car, but it’s a quick drive.

Stunning property, amazing experience with a few minor notes for improvement!

This property is more stunning than the photos really portray! We were blown away by the space and ability to have privacy away from the busy resorts. Some things to notes are that the property has many cameras which are conveyed to not be monitored by the owner. Colleen met us at the home and gave us a run down of the property which was very helpful. We were able to contact Colleen throughout our stay with any questions that came up. After first use of the pool and hot tub we quickly noted that the hot tub switches were not available and the tub wasn’t heated. After asking Colleen for more details we were informed that there’s an additional fee ($150 DAILY for up to 4 hours of use) and we feel strongly that this should be a part of the listing information especially since it’s such a high fee. This is a selling point of the property and to not be informed of this was quietly surprising since there was a lot of communication prior to our arrival. Another thing to keep in mind is the neighborhood has a lot of yard dogs roaming around his can be very aggressive so make sure you stay alert of your surroundings and don’t wander around the neighborhood on foot. We did love our stay and enjoyed how well stocked the kitchen was for cooking. I do think coffee should be provided by the owner, this has been very typical in most rentals I’ve stayed in. Additionally, the property is very bright so I also urge you bring sleep masks if you hope to sleep past 7am, we attempted to block the windows with pillows but the entire place was extremely bright early on! Colleen offered help for many things such as reservations and taxi drivers which was really appreciated!! Overall, a great experience and the island is full of welcoming kind people and you truly can’t beat the stunning beaches!

The pictures don’t do it Justice

If you’re coming with a group or family, the Villa is the way to go. The photos don’t do it Justice, the inside is spotless, the beds comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook anything you want. The listing doesn’t do Justice to the pool and outside area. The pool is huge, the seating area so comfortable it’s where we spent all our time. The Villa is 5-10 minutes from everything Provo has to offer without being in the middle of the tourist zone. Coleen and everyone involved with the Villa made the process and the whole stay effortless.

A slice of paradise...

First of all, the communication with William & Elisabeth was top notch from questions before booking and after. Thanks to Ian for picking us up from the airport, driving us wherever we wanted to go and providing EXCELLENT places to eat, shop, his favorite ice cream spot, and best beaches. And hats off to the incredible Coleen who greeted us at the door when we arrived. We were surpised with the towel swans on our bed celebrating our 31st wedding anniversary. The villa was excellent, well kept, and the perfect size for us and our friends. The pool space was our favorite location from watching the sun come up and just relaxing during the day. We were grateful for all the small things like the Off bug repellent, sun screen, beautiful scented candles, etc. I would say that the photos do not do the villa justice. You can feel the love and care from Coleen and Ian to make sure that you are well taken care of and make you feel like family. Definitely one of our favorite VRBO locations we've used. Thank you again for making our wedding anniversary a unforgettable memory. Look forward to returning soon!

We have two children and their friends that travel with us, teenagers, but our youngest has been visiting Providenciales since she was 4 years old. We purchased the villa in 2019 after visiting TCI for 7 years and staying in many condos from the Venetian to Royal West Indies. The pool and outdoor living area combined with a convenient location is what we found special and look forward to sharing this special place with our guests. For our family, we often visit 3-4 different beaches during our stay so we elected the privacy and space to be in a residential area instead of a condo. A typical day is coffee/breakfast at the pool, packing a picnic lunch to head off to one of the many Providenciales beaches for snorkeling, etc. and then back to the house for cocktails and a barbeque back at the pool. Often kids are watching a movie on Amazon Prime or Netflix as everyone is getting ready for bed and preparing for the next day's adventure.

A short drive to Long Bay Beach is .7 km and Sunset Beach at Grace Bay.
