One of two elevators always broken entire stay. Having to empty the humidifier 4 times a day ????
Rental was easy. Building was old and several things in condo and building should be updated.

Beautiful Ocean View
The view is gorgeous. We spent a lot of time on the patio. Master bed was comfortable. This condo has alot of potential, but needs a DEEP cleaning. Linens, towels, etc need a refreshment. Tableware could also use refreshment. Pool area was very well maintained and clean. Secured garage parking was a huge plus. We would stay here again-just needs some TLC.

Clean unit, the most comfortable master bedroom mattress ever!
Condo was clean and well stocked. Very bright with beautiful views from the inside as well as the balcony. We were able to see the sunrise in the morning. There are a lot of stairs from the condo to the beach so that is something to keep in mind but overall very nice place. Also very tight corners in the garage. If you have a truck, you will not be able to get around the turns and will have to park in parking lot outside. Would book a stay again.

Our guests enjoy the property; it's quiet and family friendly. We are directly on the beach so you have access from the pool deck to walk the beach and play in the ocean. Spend the day relaxing on the pool deck and take a dip in the heated pool.

What makes this property unique

Daytona has something for everyone. Beach days are always fun... and Daytona has the famous drive-on beach. But don't forget fishing, Daytona Speedway, Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, Marine Center, Water Park and Boardwalk. Spend some time shopping at Tanger Outlets. When it's time to eat, Daytona has something for every taste.... many restaurants to choose from...and many riverfront and along the ocean.
