The brand new gourmet kitchen is stocked for you to prepare both wonderful family dinners or intimate meals for two. Enjoy this beautifully renovated mountainside oasis. Take advantage of the in-unit washer + dryer along with the convenient ski locker less than 25 feet from your door to keep your trip hassle-free. The underground parking garage features private, gated parking with a direct elevator to your floor for quick and easy access throughout your stay.


Just steps away, the Base Village Transit Center offers transportation to/from the airport, downtown Aspen, top of the village / Snowmass mall, and everywhere in between. Servicing all four mountains, the shuttle provides rides to Aspen Mountain, Buttermilk, and Highlands every 15 - 30 minutes. Our concierge team is also here to arrange private transportation to get you to any destination in comfort and style.


The unit includes ski locker storage on the ground level, underground parking, Wi-Fi, in-unit washer + dryer, two communal hot tubs, communal grills, and a fitness center. After a long day on the mountain, you will be sure to enjoy returning back for a dip in one of the two hot tubs.

The kitchen comes fully equipped to prepare both fantastic family and romantic meals. There is also a well-stocked grocery store within walking distance. If you prefer dinning out, there is no shortage of restaurants between Snowmass Base Village and the Snowmass Mall.

One covered parking space is provided with the unit. If you have additional cars, please let us know ahead pf time and we are happy to try and accommodate! Additional parking spots are available on a first-come first-served basis.

The parking garage clearance height is 7'5''.
