Situated on the first floor, the apartment has a light-filled living room, with incredible views of the sea and the bay of Tamariu. Direct access to the balcony, a perfect place to enjoy the relaxing sound of the sea waves, while looking at the beach surrounded by crystal clear turquoise waters. Equipped, independent kitchen and shower room. The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other one with two single beds. There’s also a double sofa bed in the living room.

Good location, in need of renovation

We enjoyed Tamariu and the beach, and the location of the property. The management company is lacking in customer relations, and the apartment is in desperate need of updating. You get what you pay for. This property is not on the corner as it appears to look advertised, it’s the second one in. Be mindful that with no AC, the windows need to be open all the time, and mosquitoes are prevalent. The 2nd bedroom has no window or ventilation to speak of and both my children got sick from sleeping in there, I’m guessing from the mold smell. It rained, and the plaster peeled off the walls from water damage. The sofa sleeper in the living room was broken and wouldn’t even open. If you like the location and don’t care about the apartment, it’s fine. Better suited maybe for young renters, not a family with small children.
