Are you planning to spend your next vacation discovering the treasures of the Arcachon Basin and the Landes de Gascogne Regional Natural Park? Come to Audenge and live in L’Eden, a haven of peace in the city center.
From the single-storey studio, to 2-room duplex, in a privileged setting, around a 100m² swimming pool and a large terrace, set back from the street so very quiet.
You can enjoy the garden in which there is a space to take your meals in the shade of olive trees or parasols.
The accommodation benefits from very complete equipment and all comforts.
The surroundings are ideal for various leisure activities (golf, bike rides, etc.). Audenge, located halfway between Arcachon and Cap Ferret, is a very calm seaside resort, ideally placed for visiting the Bassin, the regional natural park of Landes de Gascogne, the Domaine de Certes with its wild coasts. The Arcachon Bay is an art of living.

Merci aux charmants propriétaires pour ce merveilleux séjour dans le studio zen qui porte bien son nom. Le calme absolu autour d'une piscine féerique qui vous pousse à rester dans ce lieu plutôt que d'aller visiter. Un calme olympien et magique. Tout le confort rien à redire. Heureusement que nous ne tenons pas compte de certaines observations tout à fait fausses. Certains feraient mieux d'aller au Ritz mais ce n'est pas le même prix. En ce qui concerne la piscine un liner tout neuf, la literie très bonne et les infrastructures parfaites. Pour ce qui est du portail, nous avons poussé (il n'y avait pas de groom) . A très bientôt. Nous reviendrons et conseillons.

Studio Zen : Lieu calme, bonne idée pour la chambre à thème mais état général des lieux à améliorer (portail électrique non fonctionnel, liner piscine à refaire, literie à changer, électroménager à renouveler,..). Propreté insuffisante à notre arrivée. En conclusion, un lieu agréable mais qui va devenir rapidement passable si les propriétaires ne réinvestissent pas rapidement un peu d'argent.

Parfait et agréable
Nous avons passé 7 jours au sein du studio Zen. La location est très bien aménagée, fonctionnelle et confortable. Le tout agrémenté par un cadre très agréable et une piscine divine. Le propriétaire, Mr BEAUPREY, est vraiment très accueillant et sympathique, et nous a conseillé sur toutes les activités à faire dans le bassin et la région alentour. Audenge est une commune très calme mais qui présente toutes les commodités et qui est super bien située dans le bassin pour se balader un peu partout et découvrir la région. Sûr, nous reviendrons sans hésiter dans cette location et cette région !!!!

Vacances très agréables
Nous avons passé 5 jours dans le studio Zen. La location est très bien aménagée et fonctionnelle. Le cadre avec la grande piscine est enchanteur. De plus les propriétaires sont très sympa et nous ont bien conseillé sur les activités à faire dans la région. Le choix de la localisation à Audenge qui se trouve au milieu du bassin est judicieux et permet de se balader un peu partout et de découvrir cette magnifique région. Nous reviendrons pour de prochaines vacances avec plaisir!!
