Cozy, well equipped studio condo that is covientlly located and a perfect place on the top floor with cathedral ceilings for you to call home while visiting the Ogunquit/York area.

It has a living room with sofa and two chairs a Smart TV with cable, blue tooth and WIFi. A tethered piece bistro set with a well equipped kitchenette with two burner stove, microwave, mini fridge,toaster coffee maker and blender Well suited to make breakfast, lunch or dinner. It also has a separate sleeping area with a full size bed and reading nook with a recliner.

Situated within walking distance is the beautiful Perkins Cove and the Majestic Marginal. Way a scenic coastal walk that ends up in Ogunquit and it's beautiful beach.

There are wonderful restaurants and eateries in the area from take out to fine dining and everything in between. There are bars and clubs and live music venues as well as the Ogunquit Playhouse. For those who like to shop there are many choices. There are also a number of Galleries in the area and the Ogunquit Museum of American Art sits diagonally across from the condo complex. Weather you wish to stay a few nights or a few weeks, be busy or just relax you can find it here.

Wonderful weekend

Nice little gem close to Perkins Cove and Marginal Way. Both are within walking distance. The walk does require walking across loose gravel and small hills which might make it difficult for some. The apartment is located in a condominium complex and is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. I had a great time! Highly recommend.

Perfect Maine getaway

We had an amazing time at this property! The unit is the perfect size for two people for a quick getaway. There is great access to Perkins Cove and a short walk to Ogunquit and the beaches. Perfect for my first trip to Maine!

Problem about distance

The property was great, though a little small kitchenette. Asks for being well organized preparing meals. Thought we were closer to Perkins Cove port, too far for us to walk the distance.

Relaxing in Perkins Cove

Great communication for a last minute stay. Property as listed - 3rd floor condo. Comfortable with nice detail for extras. Easy walk to to the footbridge at Perkins Cove - about 5 minutes. Great value for the area in the peak season. Would recommend for sure.

Cozy Home Base

We very much enjoyed our stay. The Ogunquit/Perkins Cove area was lovely and we will definitely be returning for a future visit. Be aware that if you are a couple used to sleeping in a king bed you may want to consider a twin air mattress for additional sleeping space. Overall it’s a cozy place to crash while you tour the area.

Very clean property, close to Perkins Cove and Marginal Way. Many shops and restaurants nearby. William was great with communication and got right back to me if I had a question. Would definitely stay here again!

Great one-person retreat

While this unit would also be great for a couple, I was there on my own, wrapping up a sabbatical. The space was perfect for me: clean and comfortable; just the right size (small, but with several living spaces: breakfast table, sitting room, private deck). Kitchen nook has two-burner stove and dishes/pots. Because of the posted photo, I had the impression that the unit was closer to the water, in walking distance to restaurants. It is not; it's a short drive out of the center. Too far to walk, but it was easy to drive back and forth between the unit and downtown, and I found free parking downtown ($4 for beach parking), even during a busy August week. As it turned out, it was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle at the end of the day and have a quiet place to stay, with large parking lot. The VRBO host was very responsive and flexible when I needed to adjust the dates of my stay. Recommended!

Cute apartment, tidy and comfortable

The apartment is very nice. The photos are accurate. Very cute and comfortable. It is small so big enough for a couple. There is a sofa that could double as a bed but 3 adults would be the absolute maximum for the provided living space. The amenities including parking for 1 vehicle are just fine. The apartment complex is older and a bit worn but the apt itself is just fine. The manager, William, is an excellent communicator and very prompt. No problems. Renters should know that this apt is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. To get to Perkins Cove//Marginal Way, it is an easy walk. Less than 1/2 mile. The only issue is that there is no sidewalk so you are walking on the shoulder of Shore Road, which can be busy. This is not uncommon so drivers are usually aware that there are pedestrians on the road. However, I highly recommend that you bring a reflector belt and a head lamp if you stay here. We did and when walking back from Ogunquit or Perkins Cove, these were life savers (seriously). You should expect to do some walking because the traffic and parking in Ogunquit is horrid!!!

Great little getaway

We enjoyed this cute little town. We loved walking over the bridge in Perkins Cove to get to the Marginal Way (walked it every morning and each evening). Perkins Cove offered nice restaurants and we enjoyed an afternoon cruise with Silverlining. The condo offered just what we needed; a place to lay our heads down, have an afternoon cocktail on the deck, a shower and a place to make breakfast. I wish the kitchen was larger but that wouldn’t prompt us to change our location. It was convenient that there was a laundry facility too.

Great Location and Place to Relax

This was a great place to stay! It was walking distance to Perkin's Cove, the Marginal Way, beach coves and shops. The unit is perfect for an extended visit; even though it's a studio, the bedroom is separated by a partial wall, making the living space separate. A friend and I stayed with one of us in the bedroom and the other sleeping in the living room and there was plenty of space. The kitchen has a stove, microwave and small fridge so we were able to bring breakfast and some dinner food and prepare it. Our favorite part was a back deck with a table, chairs and a lounge chair. It was private and we ate our breakfast there each morning. The owner, Bill, was very responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location

The property was clean, quiet and easy to access. I especially liked the location- it was a short walk to Perkins Cove! And because of the Marginal walkway it was also a short and beautiful walk from the cove to Ogunquit!
