    problèmes de communication avec le gérant et d'information concernant la location
    La Villa est superbe dans un coin un peu retirée des grands hotels, c'est pour cela que je l'ai choisie. Cependant le jour de notre arrivée le gérant monsieur Nhat nous informe qu'une famille habite dans une chambre mais qu'elle sera absente durant notre séjour. il ne sait pas trop s'il rentre la veille notre retour ou le jour même. Aucune information mentionnant le partage des espaces de vie, cusine, terrasse n'a été mentionné dans l'annonce. Je pensais que je louais une villa avec deux chambres, je jour de mon arrivée monsieur Nhat me dit qu'il y a trois chambres ??? La veille de notre départ il nous donne des informations sur les activités dans le coin, information arrivant un peu tardivement ! De plus, lorsque la famille est arrivée, je lui ai dit de venir régler le problème et il dit venir asap, mais il n'est pas venu. Le jour du départ il devait venir faire l'état des lieux, mais n'est pas venu et a demandé au chauffeur de taxi de s'en occuper. Dommage qu'un si beau lieu soit géré par une personne aussi inefficace. Sylvie
