This renovated 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is pet-friendly! Located in the Irish Channel, you are just minutes from all the action. And if you want to stick closer to home, there is a large outdoor space with a gas grill and games to spend time with family and friends. Pop out for a snowball from Hansens and drink at F&M's, or check out one of the breweries/distilleries on the street. The perfect home base for your New Orleans adventures!

All beds have high-quality linens, with extra blankets and pillows available in the closets.

We have a nice living room with a big TV (HULU+ included) that flows right into the kitchen, which is absolutely beautiful, and stocked with all the kitchen gadgets you could possibly need while whipping up Cajun-inspired meals.

Great outdoor entertainment space with a built-in gas grill and plenty of seating for entertaining with family and friends!

Other features include a laundry room complete with a washer, dryer, detergent, dryer sheets, scent boosters, an ironing board, and a steamer/iron combo. We also have a Smart TV, wifi, and central AC!

We have a Smart TV loaded with Hulu Plus Live TV and an HDMI Antenna.

Nice Rental

This was a nice rental - very clean. The location is on a main road so there is some road noise. The restaurant next door is delicious and who doesn't like being walking distance from some good eats! It was nice to have 4 bedrooms. Communication with the host was great as well. We would stay here again.

Everything you need and great location

This property is very well located in Uptown, walking distance to coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, and even Tipitina's. Even though there's no reserved parking, we had no problem parking 2 cars on the street directly in front of the house. Last thing: this is the most well-appointed house I've ever rented. Plenty of glasses, plates, cooking utensils, serving platters, even spare toothpaste and toothbrushes, games, towels, etc. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved this house for our family spring break trip. It had the charm of a traditional shotgun style NOLA house while being fully updated, beautiful, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed plus more, including board games! The outdoor area was so nice complete with cornhole and a beautiful, peaceful sitting area. The home is near the French Quarter and freeway access but far enough away to not be in the middle of tourism. We walked our dog each day and enjoyed the neighborhood, including an adorable and delicious seafood restaurant right next door to the home! There is also a Walmart, Walgreens and grocery store nearby to purchase food or necessities you may have forgotten. Ashley was wonderful at communication and we didn’t have any issues! I highly recommend this home and would stay again.

Fantastic place for family celebration

Highly recommend this beautiful, well appointed property for a family get together with family of all ages! We celebrated a family birthday during the first weekend of Mardi Gras here and had an absolutely wonderful time. Well-appointed, clean home; ample space for everyone (6 adults, 2 kids under 3); fantastic outside area for grilling and hanging out; all of the kitchen amenities we needed to cook for a big group; easy street parking; easy walk to grocery and the beginning of parade routes.

Perfect Stay!

I booked this house for a bachelorette trip and it fit all of us well! Plenty of beds and the outside was perfect for hanging out! Super cute place and everything was nice and clean! Definitely recommend. Also the staff was very good at communicating!

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful time. We enjoyed hanging out on the back patio, plenty of room and beds for our family. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. It was a great location. We walked to Rouses for groceries, dog park nearby, walked to restaurants on Magazine St. and to St. Charles to catch th street car.

Wonderful home in a fantastic location

We loved our stay at West Riverside! The home has been tastefully updated and fit our family of four adults and four children perfectly. The backyard is great for grilling or enjoying a cocktail in the evening. What elevates this home is its location. Steps away from the best sno ball in New Orleans and Magazine Street. If you have young children, it's about a minute walk to a great playground across from a lovely coffee shop (coffee + playground = winning parent combo). The hosts were also very responsive to my questions. All in all, we had a great stay and highly recommend this property to others.

Lovely and quiet

Our stay was short but I almost felt like a local by the time I left. The house is clean, cool, and quiet. The back yard is delightful. We enjoyed walking to Cherry Coffee for an iced tea in the afternoon. Mr. Mao’s had fun and tasty food and beverages. I recommend it!

Great location, oasis

As pictured. Fully equipped kitchen. Seating for 2 inside at the island counter. Seating in back area for more but summer in New Orleans...very warm. AC kept house comfortable with no issues. Rouse’s (area grocer) close by, it was nice to get area specialty food and grill out back. There is a ceiling mounted fan on the deck area that offered a good breeze. Good spot for family time after a busy day.

Well appointed uptown location

Beautiful home. Super clean. Everything you need. Back porch and patio were delightful for downtime as well as watching football and sports on the outdoor TV. Hosts were super responsive though the way the house is set up you won’t need anything.
