Whether you are looking for a couples getaway or looking for a location near the hiking trails, Copperhead is the place to be! Our cabin is conveniently located and easy to find. We are minutes away from US 33 and close to many of the Hocking Hills attractions.

Copperhead Cabin is easy to find and minutes from US 33. Under 10 miles from Old Man's Cave, Cantwell Cliffs, Lake Logan, Rock House and other Hocking Hills State Park trails. Other attractions in the area also include:

With wooden walls and the ultimate cabin feel, this log cabin provides extreme coziness and comfort for our cabin lovers out there. This two bedroom, one bathroom house is great for a family with kids or a romantic getaway for two. It comfortably houses 4 people and our pull out couch provides 2 extra sleeping spots for our bigger groups. Having at your disposal a 7 person hot tub and a nice outdoor fire pit with a grill and the cutest string lights to improve that bon fire feel.

*Cabin is not secluded, it does sit near the road and there are neighbors around the cabin.*

Internet is provided, but can be slow and spotty at times. Streaming is not guaranteed. Due to the location, we do experience occasional outages out of our control.

Hocking Hills Spring Break

All was pretty good overall. The cabin can definitely could use a little bit of TLC but all in all a comfortable place and great location. Beds are comfortable which is nice after a day of hiking. Host communication is great.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at Copperhead. It was within a short drive to all the major parks we wanted to visit. The cabin was comfortable. Our only issue was the dishes. We had to wash everything we pulled out of the cabinets. There were chunks of food stuck to the plates and the cups were greasy. The utensils were also dirty. Didn’t use the hot tub as it also looked dirty. Overall a nice stay.

We had a great time, beds were very comfortable, we hiked the next day and then relaxed in the hot tub, what a blessing! A campfire at the firepit took the autumn chill off and a fantastic over-due visit with friends was a great success! Thank-you so much!

Our stay was great although we did have a few comments: 1. The heat/AC unit above our bed in the main bedroom was dripping on our bed/pillows and our heads! 2. My husband is severly allergic to cats and he had a terrible time breathing - we had to go get some emergency Benedryl.....not sure why he would be having that reaction unless the cats that visit outside were let inside. 3. The furniture could definitely be replaced. It's worn, icky and quite old.

Great location to Hocking Hills

The cabin was exactly as listed. The fire was amazing at heating up the place on cool evenings. Beds were comfortable. The hot tub was nice after hiking all day. Good location to Hocking Hills. There is not a lot of privacy when you sit outside or are in the hot tub. You look into the neighbors yard, and there’s a lot to look at and hear. Would recommend and would stay there again.

Cozy cabin

Cabin was so clean and cute. Particularly liked the black toilet and black kitchen sink. Large hooks on the wall were super convenient. Hot tub was amazing! Some things that would make the stay better; outside lighting need replaced, the grill could be upgraded, and Please fully enclose the entire outdoor area, it would make a world’s difference.

Perfect Weekend Hideaway

This was the perfect cabin for our stay! We were minutes drive from all of the amazing hiking spots. The cabin had everything we needed. The hot tub was perfect for the cold nights. The owner checked in just enough to make sure everything was going well. It was definitely what we needed to unplug from the rest of the world and relax. I would definitely visit again!

Cozy stay

My friends and I needed a place to relax for a weekend and copperhead was a very accommodating, cozy place to chill. The host was quick to respond when we had questions and were helpful. They also provided a starter kit of toiletries, and a really nice set of bath towels. The kitchen was fully equipped with almost anything you might need. The location was quiet for the most part, minus the traffic on the road it sits on. Might not be so ideal for families with children because of the traffic and speed of all the traffic. The only complaint I would have, would be that we couldn't get the internet to connect the last night that we stayed and we couldn't get the dvd player to work either. Neither

Weekend Getaway

This adorable cabin had everything we needed for the weekend. It was a great place to disconnect and recharge. The hot tub was amazing on the cold nights after hiking during the day. It was close to all of the trails. Everything was just perfect for us!

The cabin was clean. Nice layout. Plenty of cooking utensils. The heating unit in the living room didn't seem to work correctly. We used the gas fireplace, which was a nice touch and worked perfectly. The beds were comfy. Hot tub was nice Wifi worked great. Small shower. The main drawback was the location and lack of privacy. The cabin is close to the road and several homes all around. The privacy fence does little to help that. Overall, we had a great stay.

Tha cabin was clean and nice. The owner is very friendly and responded to any message. Be careful, the water has a really unpleasant smell that stays on your skin when you wash. We don't drink it. The heating is noisy, which is not pleasant at night Great hiking at Hocking Hills and cabin fairly close to parks. Good for a short stay.

Really great location to get to all of the different trails. Hiked all weekend and enjoyed the hot tub afterwards each night. Great having 2 rooms on opposite ends of the cabin so the early risers could get up and the rest could sleep in a bit.

Adult weekend

Adult weekend for my ten year anniversary. We enjoyed the house and the hot tub and back yard was a great way the end the night after a day of hiking. Great location to get to trails. Wi-Fi is great too because phones didn’t work unless hooked up to Wi-Fi. Already talking of going back.
