Trendy Nashville Town Home B

Welcome to our newly renovated trendy town-home. We're 2 miles from the Gulch area, from the streets of Downtown Broadway and Mid-Town. Our space is very inviting, tastefully furnished with contemporary furnishings, and new appliances. Street and private parking is available. The town-home is equipped with key-less entry and privacy fence. Welcome to our home and to Nashville.
Our town-home has a privacy fence for your comfort. There is s a small deck on the back for sitting, as well as a separate fenced area for gathering located on the property. Two bedrooms are furnished with televisions and one television in the living room area. Each bed comes with sheets, a blanket and comforter as well as four pillows. There are two full bathrooms; both full bathrooms are furnished with four sets of towels, travel size shampoo, conditioner, bath soap and toilet paper. There is an additional half bathroom. The kitchen is furnished with dishes, glasses, coffee cups, pots/pans, cutlery, and a Keurig.
Guest have the entire townhome for use.

Property is in a nice set of accommodations offset from the road. Place was very clean, well decorated and ideal for access to the city and highways. Clean and just as described. Would rebook for next trip in a heartbeat.

Our stay was great. Very clean property, updated and super nice. The only suggestion I would make is to have hooks to hang towels, and more storage for clothes, mirrors in bedrooms, and pillows do need to be replaced. Would definitely stay here again, good location .

Convenient to Downtown

We came in for the weekend for a comedy performance with friends. The condo was very clean and accommodating. We were able to Uber and be on lower Broadway within 10 minutes. Would definitely stay again.

Place was very clean and Deron was easy to get ahold of if we needed anything. Surrounding area was a little questionable but the 4 townhomes were well kept. The shared chill area was really nice and clean.

Had a great stay, home was perfect for what we wanted. The shower door in our room was broke, the beds were very noisy, but other than that it was a great place to stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back when visiting Nashville again.

Will book again!

Never felt unsafe, beautiful place had everything that you would need to spend a weekend. Uber and Lyft is a short trip, would not walk. I did not want to bother DeRon when I realized we did not have a hairdryer and he wished we would have. That was a nice response he gave me, by all means would not give him a negative rating! He can’t help it if some people have sticky fingers! Thanks for letting us stay!
