SUPER CLEAN and fresh, comfy and cozy…our home features spectacular unobstructed views of Mt. San Jacinto and San Georgonio! Located in a SUPER QUIET elevated lot on the golf course, spend your mornings enjoying coffee, hummingbirds and breath-taking sunrises!
STAR-GAZE while lounging in your own private and newer 6-person HOT TUB. Enjoy a friendly game of billiards or darts or head out back to the outdoor ping pong table! Numerous games, puzzles and stocked with a Firestick and DVD's. It is less than 5 minute walks to quiet (less populated) trail heads for hiking and less than a 5 minute walk to the main clubhouse of the country club where a huge year-round heated pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, and golf course await. Off roading and cycling with easy access to trail heads. You may also elect to walk to the club house for the restaurants and bar.
WHOLE HOUSE water filter and softening system added 4/2021. Hard flooring in bedrooms (allows for thorough sanitizing of floors between guests.) 20 minute drive to Palm Springs and 30 minute drive to Joshua Tree and to East Side destinations such as the Indian Wells Tennis gardens.
The house is FULLY STOCKED with all of the comforts of home. If you want a clean, QUIET, cozy, safe and fun get-away, you have found the one!

Peaceful, comfortable house

The house was very clean, and the furniture and kitchen equipment was all in very nice condition, so we felt at home right away. The house was well-supplied with the items (toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, etc.) that it is a nuisance to have to buy for a short stay. Enjoyed the quiet veranda with resident hummingbirds and distant snow-covered mountains. Really appreciated the level-two charger, so we could charge our electric car at the house in the evenings and didn't need to make any charging stops during our day trips. The house is well located between Joshua Tree and Palm Springs, though we didn't get the sense that the immediate vicinity (a suburb around golf course seemingly out in the middle of nowhere) had much to offer us (golf is not our vibe). We didn't visit the adjacent town (Desert Hot Springs). Hosts were friendly and responsive by text. Would stay there again if we revisit the area.

Comfortable house with great hosts!

There will be fights over who gets to sit in the super-comfy recliner - otherwise this house is great! Beth and Bob left fresh citrus fruit on the table and there is even a candy dish. My husband loved the hot tub, and I was excited to find yoga mats in the bedroom closet. There were a few tech issues when we first arrived but Bob came right over and helped out. Beth delivered a new hairdryer for me the same day I told her that the one there wasn't working. You really can't ask for better folks!

Family Vacation/Hiking

The entire experience was great! Check-in was easy, and the house is located perfectly for exploring Joshua Tree NP and the Palm Springs area. We have stayed in many vacation rentals but this one definitely wins the prize for having the best stocked kitchen, awesome towels, comfortable beds, clean grill, games, movies, etc. We actually cooked many meals at the house because it was so nice. Plenty of space to gather and relax. Having the washer and dryer was also a plus during our two-week stay. Only used the hot tub once, but it was very nice. Enjoyed many afternoons at the pool, though (we chose to drive to the pool vs. walking). Definitely would recommend!

Excellent Property on Golf Course

From check in to the amenities at Bob and Beth's lovely home on the golf course, we truly enjoyed our getaway to Desert Hot Springs. Close to Palm Springs and Joshua Tree National park, we found much to do and the perfect place to relax. The home was well appointed, with pool table, hot tub and ping pong. We will look forward to visiting again!

Desert Delight

Our family had a great time here. The house accommodated our family of 6 well, with comfy beds and space to play outside. The favorite activities were ping pong, pool and the on-site hot tub. The beautiful mountains views capped our stay. The hosts were very kind and responsive to all our questions. We hope to return soon!

Holiday in the Desert

Fantastic property, great Mountain View, very clean, close to Joshua Nat'l Park and Palm Springs! The host/hostess (Bob/ Beth) were outstanding to deal with, before and during our stay. They answered multiple questions, gave ideas for local hiking, dinner, groceries, Etc. The hot tub was a nice touch on cool nights! Great place to get away from it all!!!

The consummate hosts, a sacred space

This is one of the few times I can say the reality exceeds the pictures of this property (and the pictures are great) The house feels like a home, clean, well organized, fully equipped, functional, beautifully furnished & finished The garden is a joy to be in with scenic views of the golf course. The hot tub is sophisticated easy to use and extremely clean A plethora of board games & delightful entertainment in the form table tennis, pool table and darts The hosts are beyond kind, communicative, informative and are genuinely concerned with their guests having the best time possible I feel extremely grateful to god and the owners for having experienced a week in this sacred space built on unconditional love

Great Stay-Gorgeous Views

Fabulous Desert Retreat

We loved our time at Beth and Bob’s property. They have put obvious care into providing as many amenities as you might need on vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped, and includes a brand new refrigerator; the living room stocked with board games, magazines and DVDs. There is a gorgeous pool table, and the bedrooms are comfy and set apart from the main living area. We loved sitting outside on the loungers soaking in the sun and appreciating the expansive views, playing ping pong on the very nice outdoor table, and soaking in the hot tub. The view of the golf course is a lovely contrast to the desert views. Equally appreciated was how clean everything was. Bob and Beth were easy to communicate with and very responsive. We are looking forward to returning!

Truly an oasis in the desert

From the moment we pulled up into the driveway, we felt peace and serenity, which is what we needed. The house had everything we needed and more. The view from the backyard is spectacular, especially at sunset. Thank you Bob and Beth for hosting us while we sought refuge from this pandemic storm.
