Our Tommy Bahama inspired home ensures that you will enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay in paradise. The 2-story villa has 2 lanais, vaulted ceilings and large expansive windows that create an open airy feel. The open kitchen features granite countertops and newer appliances. Each bedroom has a California King bed and flat screen smart televisions. There is an assigned parking space just a few steps away from the front door.

Within the gated community there are 2 swimming pools, a Jacuzzi spa, a tennis court, fitness center and outdoor grills available to all residents. Here you will be within walking distance of world-class golfing, beautiful beaches, some of the Islands finest luxury resorts, numerous restaurants, boutique shops, art galleries and much more.

Enjoy a 15-minute walk to the popular A-bay for swimming, snorkeling, paddle boarding and an occasional honu (sea turtle) siting! Take a short drive to Hapuna State Beach and enjoy a day of body surfing and warm ocean waters. Fishing, sailing, whale-watching (seasonal) and snorkel cruises are all available from Waikoloa Beach Resort.

At the central point of the Big Island adventures await you from every direction. Drive up the hill to Waimea and enjoy the 3 farmers markets. Visit Kohala, the birthplace of King Kamehameha III, for zip lining or shop the local artisan boutiques and galleries. Continue a few more miles north to Pololu Lookout for picturesque island and valley views. If you are really adventurous hike down to the black sand beach below the lookout spot. Visit Mauna Kea Summit for nighttime stargazing or spend the day at Volcano National Park…both are about a 2hr drive from Waikoloa Beach Resort.

When you have finished your day of adventure, return home to relax, rest and refresh. Once you've had some time to refresh be sure to visit one of the nearby restaurants for pupu's and sunset…the traditional Hawaiian way to end the day and await the dawn of a new day!

For personal shopping there are Costco, Macy's, Target, Walmart and Safeway all within 30 minutes. We hope when you stay at Hale Laule'a you experience the true meaning of Aloha!

Peaceful stay in Waikoloa area

This villa was a breath of fresh air. It's large, clean and quiet. Having our own parkingspot was useful and villa practically borders the (adult) pool. There was hardly anyone there during our stay, so basically a private pool too. Location is great for exploring west side of the island and all the great snorkelspots. Communication and instructions provided from agency were thorough en detailed. Loved it and would stay again.

Just as advertised

I was amazed when we checked in. This place was just as beautiful as the pictures showed. It seemed too good to be true. I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop, but it never did. there were plenty of amenities for the guests, beautiful rooms, Beautiful grounds, and a wonderful location. Also five stars for Kona Coast Vacations. They kept in touch with me, made sure everything was OK, and on our first full day, they called to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely use them again!

Great Condo in a really nice location

Our family really enjoyed our stay in the Condo. Nice open living space with one bedroom downstairs and one upstairs on separate ends for a lot of privacy. Kona Coast Vacations provided all the info we needed ahead of our stay so we knew what to expect and didn't have to ask a single question. Hope to return someday!

Great property, few updates needed

Overall this is an amazing property. Great location, clean, awesome layout. Kona coast vacations were wonderful to work with. My only issues were the fan in the downstairs room could only be on a 3 or it made a clicking sound. The place is so quiet that the sound felt so loud. And the bed in the downstairs room creajed every time you moved abc it was very uncomfortable. Even a very inexpensive gel bed would have been better. Other than those 2 issues, i highly recommend this condo.

Wonderful condo!

We loved staying here. My wife and I with 2 kids (2 and 4) found this to be a perfect place to stay for our time in the Waikoloa resort area. The high ceiling and big windows give an open and bright feel to the whole place. The laminate floors were perfect for two rowdy kids, and there were not too many fragile or decorative items to protect from their busy hands. It was adequately stocked but not cluttered or cramped at all. Beautifully simple and perfect.

A Truly Wonderful Home

I am happy to recommend this wonderfully appointed home. The location is fantastic, close to one of the pools and fitness rooms. Our stay was completely comfortable and I couldn’t have asked for more. Communication with hosts was wonderful, and they checked in to make sure our arrival and check in process was positive.

Great location

This property was very beautiful! The pool was amazing and the water temp was perfect. The condo it’s self was nice. We had to wash every dish before using it as they were all dirty. Very limited supplies so we did have to buy a lot. Pest control is fantastic and we only saw a few ants and one cockroach, which is really good for the area. It is right next to the pool, which was super convenient. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great home base for our Hawaii trip

The townhome condo was a great stay! It was nice having the air conditioner after a hot day in the sun! The place was modern and had all that you needed (even Tupperware) for an amazing family stay. The location was ideal as it was situated near Kona, Waikoloa and Waimea with lots of options. It’s a quiet neighborhood within a peaceful neighborhood.

Perfect home base

The unit and complex were just as described. It was clean, spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The decor and furnishings are very well done. Great spot!

We spent a week in this condo. It was comfortable and spacious. Not that far from beaches and in a nice neighborhood. The pool wasn't open as of June 2022, but we knew when we rented it that it might still be getting renovated. We would definitely stay here again if we ever return to the big island.

Really good experience

Overall, we had a good experience. Private and quiet neighborhood. Nicely situated near shops around Waikoloa Beach Resort. Check-in process was a breeze. Only two points that gave a less than stellar performance. First, there is no direct beach access nor is this location within walking distance to the beach. Walking to the beach would take approx. 19 minutes and would require you to navigate through another private community. Second, there is a sensor attached to AC. We called customer service (who was incredibly helpful) one night because the AC had not been on all day. We thought it was an automatic feature to conserve energy (like a Nest). As I understood it, a sensor is near each exit door. If the exit doors are not locked or open for a period of time (perhaps pulled up but not exactly closed to allow one to go back and forth to the car with groceries), the AC automatically turns off. Not a complete bust to the trip, just items that we weren’t clear on from the beginning. In all, would I recommend the property to a friend? Absolutely. I’d just be clear on those items upfront.

Perfect home, perfect location

This townhouse is perfectly designed for everyone in the two bedrooms to have lots of privacy… the home is situated to avoid the hot sun, the Lanai is a perfect place to el fresco, every night and you are super close to the pool, workout area and bbq’s. The kitchen is well equipped to cook up anything you could possibly want! A perfect island getaway in all respects!

A perfect choice for 4!

Perfectly clean, spacious and modern 2-floor/2-bed&bath vacation home. Surrounding golf and other activities looks amazing, but our group did not partake - the rental was THAT relaxing. Also, shout out to Kona Vacations, who communicated almost too much with us. No matter; better over-prepared than under, and every last detail seemed to be taken care of. Overall, 10/10 experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book this beautiful home again!
