This renovated old house with stone walls, terracotta floors and exposed beams will charm you. Its enclosed courtyard and garden furniture on the terrace will offer you a moment of tranquility. A bike shelter is at your disposal.
On the ground floor: entrance, 1 laundry room with washing machine, dryer, shower, sink and toilet, 1 large living room with decorative stove, TV, internet, board games. A fully equipped kitchen with dining area.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 X 190 and large storage cupboard, 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed 90 x 200, 1 bathroom, 1 separate WC, 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90 x 200 and 2 cabinets.
Cot on request. Sheets, towels and tea towels are provided. Cleaning is included. The beds are prepared for your arrival. Tourist tax included. Possibility catering service at home.
Easy parking in the street, free parking.
The house is located on the route of the Loire by bike, 20 km from Chambord, 3 km from the natural leisure center of Domino, you will find shops 3 km. Between the motorway exits of Blois and Mer.

A Great Base
A very comfortable property that provided just the base we needed to be able to explore the region, and just a couple of minutes walk from the Loire itself. Would definitely return.

Plenty of room
The house and yard were as described, and parking was at the gate to the yard. The kitchen was very well equipped and easy to work in. It was cold and rainy when we were there so we did not have a chance to relax or dine outside. We arrived on May 1, a national holiday, and all grocery stores were closed. Our host is a caterer and offered to provide our evening meal and a bottle of wine, which was a wonderful help, Our only complaint is the house was very cold with no way to adjust the temperature. We are in our mid-70s and 65F is just too chilly for us.

Ce gîte était parfait ! Il correspond parfaitement à la description ! Très propre, agréable et très bien situé dans un petit village très joli au bord de la Loire! C’est une adresse que je conseillerais et si nous devons retourner dans cette région nous nous y arrêterons sans problème

Nous avons pu profiter de visites de villages , de châteaux, du zoo de Beauval , de balades à vélo, la location étant tres bien située. Et la maison est tres agréable, bien agencée, parfaitement équipée de matériel de qualité, au calme dans un charmant village avec des propriétaires tout aussi charmants

Nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis comme chez nous. Le gîte a beaucoup de charme, il est exceptionnellement bien équipé et très propre. Nous avons fait quelques marches digestives le soir et longé la Loire. C'est juste à côté. Bref, tous les commentaires élogieux que j'avais lus sur le site sont amplement mérités. Il s'agit d'une belle maison/appartement au Loire. Notre demande de serviettes de bain supplémentaires pendant les journées très chaudes a été honorée, car il n'y en avait certainement pas assez. Nous pouvons certainement le recommander, si vous voulez visiter la Loire et ses châteaux.

Maison bien agencée , bien équipée et propre. Appréciable de trouver les draps faits et que les serviettes et torchon soient fournis. Maison bien située pour visiter les châteaux de La Loire. C'est notre deuxième séjour au gîte du vivier et sans doute pas le dernier. Gîte toujours aussi bien équipé et très propre. Merci aux propriétaires qui mettent tout en oeuvre pour que nos vacances se passent au mieux. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

La maison est très fonctionnelle et extrêmement propre. Les équipements sont tous de qualité. Il n’y manque rien. On dispose même d’une bibliothèque de livres et des jeux de société.
