Lavish amenities include 5 spacious bedrooms (one is a large office with a Queen Murphy Bed), 4 private bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, heated pool and spa with outdoor shower, built-in BBQ, cozy fireplaces, flat-panel TVs in every room with expanded satellite options, the fastest available WiFi service, sumptuous Southwestern furniture and décor throughout. A NOTE ABOUT POOL HEATING: We generally recommend that the pool be heated to the mid-80's between October 1st and June 10th in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. Pool heating is available for $75/day with a 3-consecutive day minimum so definitely let us know before your arrival if you want to enjoy swimming during your visit without a wetsuit! (Hint: an unheated pool stays just above the low temps of the night.)

Great family getaway!

We took our 3 kids (ages 13, 10, and 6) and one of our kid’s friends and enjoyed a quiet weekend. It was very hot so the pool was a must and the kids had a blast! The views are spectacular and there is so much space in and out of the house.

I appreciated that the house had essentials like coffee filters, trash bags, salt and pepper, etc. I like not having to restock the whole house. We never needed a thing because the house had it all. Binoculars, flashlights, ziploc bags, just whatever you needed. The art work on property was awesome, we took lots of pictures of the colors changing in the sky with the art. Garage openers were labeled, lights made sense, property managers just a text away, could work the tv and hot tub. We enjoyed Blue Wash trail, Black Mountain, jewel of the desert trails. We hiked with a naturalist and learned the desert. Did a jeep tour way fun. Loved the grotto cafe for some reason. Instacart delivers from Bashas groceries. Loved Lon’s for dinner but a bit far. Lots of hummingbirds AND best of all are bird feeders on the property attracting lots of quail and woodpeckers and cardinals. One bad was the woodpecker on the metal chimney caps at 5:30 am haha. Super walkable neighborhood also. The view was what we mostly loved, sit and look out.

Every sunset and sunrise was truly stunning with its view. Jamie, the property manager, was incredible with communication from beginning to end. She’s a gem! Our group of 4 (two couples celebrating 40th birthdays) enjoyed the towns of Carefree and Cave Creek during our stay. Great restaurants nearby. Had intended to go to Scottsdale, but had no desire after getting to this property and town. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Pool, hot tub and outdoor space were perfect. Inside was a stunner from top to bottom and extremely clean. Trip of a lifetime and this place was the cherry on top!

Copy idea for House Review: Fantastic view and outdoor area (fire pit, pool, spa, deck) makes this house an ideal place for a family reunion and holiday celebration. Plenty of places to gather. The kitchen is very well stocked and central to the living area. Multiple dining tables allow for large family meals. The property neighborhood is very quiet and private. CJ (host) is responsive and good to work with. The master suite is particularly large and well appointed. Convenient to Cavecreek and Carefree. Would definitely choose this property again.

Hot tub, pool, firepit and extended outdoor living space gave plenty of area for our four couples to unplug and soak in Carefree's beauty. The home was very clean and cheerie, and the property manager, Jamie, took good care of the details during our stay!! Greatful to be able to stay in such a beautiful place :)

Couples get-away

This property is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. The inside of the house is gorgeous, but we (four couples) spent most of our time outside by the pool. The outdoor space has lots of seating/lounging areas, both covered and in the sun, and the decorative pieces scattered around added to the personality of the space (as did the views!). We chose to eat at home rather than go to restaurants, the kitchen is stocked with just about every piece of cookware and gadget you would need to make your meals at home. I would recommend this property, and we can't wait to return!

Better than the pictures!

Many times you'll see professional photographs of properties that make them look much nicer than it is in reality. This home is the exact opposite, the pictures don't do it justice (and thats not to say the pictures are bad, bc they're not). This is a beautiful home! Great landscaping and art outside, while beautifully decorated inside. The pool is huge, which was great for the kids, and the inside is open so it was perfect for an extended family gathering; never felt stuffy at all. The views are amazing! We'd come back in a heartbeat!
