About this property

Our updated, comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is ideal for your family vacation or getaway! We are centrally located in Hilton Head within a resort offering easy beach access, indoor/outdoor pools, tennis/pickleball courts, and much more.

CONDO
The master bedroom has a king bed and full bath, and the second bedroom has (2) twin beds. Another bath with a shower is available. The living room has a queen (memory foam) sleeper sofa. Both bedrooms have a smart TV for viewing cable and streaming your subscriptions (e.g., Netflix, Hulu). There is also a Roku TV in the living room.
-Linens, bath/kitchen towels, and basic “starter” supplies provided.
-Living room opens up to a balcony with 2 chairs/table.
-The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing and enjoying meals in your condo. The dining table accommodates four with room for an additional two at countertop/bar seating.
-Located in Building 2, 1st floor. Can be accessed by stairs or elevator(s).
-You'll find beach chairs, sand toys, an umbrella, and a wagon to transport all your gear for a day at the beach. The beach equipment is conveniently located in a secured storage area close to the boardwalk to the beach.

RESORT
The resort is a 24/7 gated community. There are four main buildings with resort amenities either within the buildings or close by. Seasonal amenities are noted with an asterisk. Onsite laundry facilities are available in every building.

Building 1: Island Grill and Deli* (food/drinks, souvenirs), Outdoor Main Pool/bar*. Adjacent to Building 1 is the Golf Cart Beach Shuttle* pick-up location and the resort’s private Boardwalk (approx 1/4 mile) to the beach.
Building 2: Sundeck, Badminton Court, Bike Rentals
Building 3 (All amenities located indoors): Heated Pool, Running Track, Hot Tub, Toddler Pool, Sauna, Steam Room, Workout Room
Building 4: Four lighted Tennis Courts. Adjacent to Building 4 is an outdoor Pool*, two Tennis/Pickleball Courts, and a Grill/Picnic Area.
Beach Area: Coco's on the Beach* (serving great food and drinks), Volleyball*, and bathrooms are at the end of the boardwalk.

SURROUNDING AREA
With the resort's mid-island location, we are conveniently situated for dining out, shopping, and bicycling. We are also a stop on Hilton Head's seasonal Harbor Breeze Trolley! The Shelter Cove Town Centre- 290,000 square feet of retail, restaurant, and entertainment space is within a mile from the resort. For water activities, there are nearby kayak, jet ski, and boat rentals or you can opt for a dolphin cruise or fishing charter. Onsite bike rental is available or numerous local rental companies will deliver your bikes to the resort so they are available when you arrive.

Great Rental location

We enjoyed our stay and the location! The rental was very clean and had everything we needed. No need to bring beach chairs, wagon, umbrellas or toys. This was all available to us.

Great stay!

My boyfriend and I had a great week stay here . The property was very clean and cozy and the amenities were wonderful. The pool was great and only a short boardwalk to the beach . Melanie our host was excellent at Communication and very kind . We absolutely will be back !

Relaxing Family Vacation

The condo was very clean and exactly as pictured. Private beach area was well kept and not crowded at all, great for the kids to play. Very nice resort with plenty of things to do.

Beautiful Island Getaway!

My husband and I really enjoyed our vacation on HHI. The condo was clean and comfortable. It was very nice. The location was perfect. It's located near grocery stores, shopping, great restaurants, bike trails, golf courses and the ocean! My husband had a pass to the Harbour Town Golf Championship on Saturday. I enjoyed my daily walk on the boardwalk to the beach. Coco's (restaurant) is located at the end of the boardwalk. We enjoyed spending an afternoon there. We people watched and visited with others while watching a volleyball game. The weather was perfect. The condo complex had so much to offer. I rented a bike and enjoyed the outdoor pool in building one. We really enjoyed our getaway and would love to come back. It's a beautiful island.

Very accommodating

Melanie was a very considerate host who kindly offered some flexibility with check-in and check-out times because we were traveling with a toddler and a grandparent who became sick during our stay. Quick to respond to questions. The condo was in excellent condition and conveniently located in a building between the large outdoor and indoor pools, and a short walk to the boardwalk which takes you over the marsh and to the beach. The buildings themselves and Hilton Head Resort facilities use a little updating, but her individual condo was clean, updated, comfortable, and slept four of us easily. Really, a great bargain for the price, would certainly stay here again.

Family Getaway

My husband and our daughter came for a relaxing vacation before she moved back in her college dorm. Melanie was wonderful to deal with and the condo was very cute! There is a walk to the beach but the bridge over the tidal marsh makes for a pleasant experience. We all enjoyed our stay very much!

Beautiful Condo!!!

We had a very comfortable stay at this condo. It is so cute and the owners have literally thought of everything - down to the smallest detail to ensure a nice stay. I had several questions and Melanie was so quick to respond. We had never been to this resort before and didn't really know what building to pick - but after staying here I would highly recommend building 2 and this unit. It is a little quieter than some of the other buildings, but still close to the main outdoor pool and beach walkway. It doesn't have a water view, but honestly not many units in this resort do - but the views are still nice and it had a great patio and the courtyard of this building had beautiful gardens. We did use the golf cart over to the beach a few times and we never had much of a wait - it was very convenient. The pool at building 1 was pretty crowded, but we were usually able to find a spot. You must try Coco's on the beach if you stay here - delicious food! The location of the resort is pretty convenient to most things on the island - just a few minutes to Coligny and Shelter Cove shopping is literally 2 minutes away. We were most impressed by how clean the buildings were - they may be a little older, but well maintained. I would highly recommend this unit - we hope to return someday!!

Fantastic Spring Break Getaway

Everything about this property is perfect for a family spring break! The condo is well stocked with everything you need including all you’d need for a day at the beach. The complex is perfect for families with the pools, a short walk to the beach and on site food options. We rented bikes from the suggested bike rental company and had them delivered and could store them right below us-so much to do by bike on HHI. Melanie was a wonderful and attentive host, I’ve already recommended this property to friends and will certainly be coming back!

Beautiful Island Life

The stay was as expected from the listing. The area is great. The room was clean and just big enough for our family of 5. The outdoor pool was nice with sun but water too cold for this time of the year. The in door pool was a blessing after a day out and about in Hilton Head. The board walk was very nice. It’s a little hike to beach on board walk but you want to be outside walking. Cocos at the end of the board walk is amazing!!! Great food. Great atmosphere. The burger is unreal. The drinks are strong. Perfect place you want near the beach. Staff amazing. The beach is large and clean. Only fault is the exterior of the resort could use some love. It’s older and I’m sure they’re updating over time Must do: Rent bikes (under building 2) Explore the island via bike Go to Coco’s

Fantastic!

We had a lovely time at the Hilton Head Resort. Lot’s to do and the beach is beautiful! Everything is conveniently located. We rented bikes for the week and it was so fun exploring the island and biking on the beach. The pool area was excellent in Building 1 and love the Fire Island Restaurant and Deli fries. If we could comment on one thing is the mattress in the primary bedroom- it could use replacing it was uncomfortable and soft. Other than that the condo was excellent! We had a fantastic time! Thanks!

Retirement Getaway

We stayed two weeks and could have stayed longer. The property was just as described. The condo was updated and nice decor. Melanie was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. The condo is centrally located on the island, which was great when trying different restaurants, etc. We like to explore and tried different beaches and it is a big plus having access to the beach from the boardwalk. You don't have to find a place to park or pay for parking. We would definitely stay here again if in Hilton Head.

Great vacation.

The condo was even better than advertised. The beds were definitely comfy. We enjoyed the set-up. It was perfect for me and my husband and my son and his friend. The proximity to the beach and pool were amazing. The bike rental company was right below us. Everything was so convenient. Melanie was easy to reach. Not that we had any issues. Definitely recommend.
