Fully renovated holiday house of 80 m2 with patio of 50 m2 not overlooked, lots of charm. Ideal for a family with children.
Very bright, with openings in all rooms.
Fully equipped including:
Entrance with toilet.
Fully equipped kitchen. Dishwasher, toaster, fridge freezer, microwave.
-1 bedroom with 160 bed.
-1 bedroom with bunk bed of 90 and the lower one 140.
- 1 mezzanine with a 140 bed. (reserved for teenagers or adults).
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Babies are welcome: high chair and travel cot available.

You will discover its oyster port where you can taste the tasty oysters "Marennes-Oléron", and stroll through the artisanal huts or visit the citadel (classified site built by Vauban).
A daily market in July and August at Château d'Oléron (including the largest market on Ile d'Oléron on Sunday morning) You will find all the shops there: restaurant, bar, tobacco, press, pharmacy, etc.

Séjour parfait

Nous avons reçu un accueil très sympathique de Valérie et avons passé un séjour parfait. La maison est située dans une rue calme, est joliment rénovée, décorée avec goût et très bien équipée. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse dans la cour intérieure. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et souhaitons revenir.

Schönes Haus

Meer bis auf NO Strand super Haus sehr schön aber nicht besonders sauber Terrasse prima, mit aussenliegenden Waschraum mit Waschmaschine tres bien Es fehlen Stauraum und Abstellflächen vor allem für Bad und Hygiene Bad sehr klein im Waschbeckenbereich, Dusche mit Rainshower und Handdusche perfekt. Zweites Schlafzimmer mit Stockbett - absolute ungemütlich, Bett zu kurz, für unsere Größe und 17jährige Tochter unmöglich! Bodenbeläge Diele und Küche wunderschön. Küche sehr schön und gut bestückt, technische Ausstattung sehr gut! Vor allem wg des Schlafzimmers und der ungenügenden Sauberkeit ist der Preis zu hoch angesiedelt da die Lage selbst die Hochpreisigkeit nicht rechtfertigt. Jo u Elke Gaupp

Oléron en hiver: super séjour

Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, merci pour la décoration « Noël ». La maison a été rénovée avec goût et est très bien équipée. La terrasse est magnifique. La localisation permet d’avoir accès à toutes les commodités en quelques minutes. Les pistes cyclables sont toutes proches. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Très bonne découverte de l île

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. La maison est très agréable très bien décorée avec beaucoup de goût et de charme. Vacances merveilleuses

Nous avons passé deux semaines sur Île d‘Oléron en Juin 2022. La maison de Valerie et Philippe est rénovée entièrement, dotée de tout les conforts et décorées avec beucoup goût. La maison est située dans un quartier tranquille, mais trés central. Et Île d’Oléron est magnifique!!! En tout cas, si possible, nous reviendrons!

Une location parfaite

La maison est au calme, parfaitement agencée et équipée, de la cuisine à la salle de bain, du séjour au patio intérieur avec meubles de jardin et barbecue. L'ensemble est décoré avec très bon goût, dans le style à la fois local et moderne. Notre hôte nous a accueillis de façon charmante, nous a bien conseillé les divers lieux intéressants à visiter. Sans conteste, nous recommandons cette location pour passer un séjour des plus agréables sur l'île d'Oléron.

Belle location spacieuse, comfortable et agréable à 10' en vélo de Chateau d'Oléron.

Belle location très spacieuse (plus grand que sur les photos). Bien équipée pour un séjour agréable. Coin BBQ très utile avec évier séparé qui convient très bien pour nettoyer et faire dégorger les palourdes qu'il faut aller ramasser! Terrasse ensoleillée pour le petit déjeuner. Propriétaire sympathique. Stationnement aisé sur l'avenue à cinquante mètres.

Lovely cottage

We had a really nice and relaxing stay on the island and will definitely return. Ile d'Oleron remained natural and is not too touristy. House owners did a really good job in renovating the cottage!! We enjoyed it!

Sérénité et détente

Nous étions deux adultes et deux enfants et la maison était parfaitement adaptée. décorée avec beaucoup d'attention et de goût, dans un hameau assez préservé et calme, à 10 minutes en vélo de tous commerces et à 15 minutes en vélo de la splendide plage de Vertbois. Nous avons eu un lien de confiance très spontané avec la propriétaire, qui a le souci évident du bien être de ses locataires. On recommande donc !
