Private entrance, street parking abundant but may opt in for a spot in the attached garage for a small one time fee. This location offers access to shops restaurants and public transportation all in walking distance. City center attractions such as Lennox, Centennial Park, World Of Coke, CNN, MLK visitors center all less than 4.2 miles. Uber&Lyft shared rides usually $5 or less. No pets!

This is a good fit for visiting working professional or a small family of 4. Direct access to the Northside Atlanta Beltline walking trail. Owner occupied lower level which is completely separate and independent. I’m rarely there because I travel. Your home away from home consist of the top 2 floors which has the main level with a private entrance, living rm, dinning room, piano room, full kitchen and half bath. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 full in-suite bathrooms. There is also a washer and dryer on the 2nd floor. Starbucks and restaurants in walking distance. Delivery services (DoorDash, Instacart etc.) for restaurants and groceries available. No pets please! All guest must be submitted by name with ID. No events, parties or extra visitors. No smoking 🚭 the smoke detectors are very sensitive even within bathrooms and closets. It’s a $250 extra cleaning charge.
