The house is a beautiful new house in 2010, it is located 150 m from the beach Lodonnec, the most beautiful beach in Loctudy that allows the family to enjoy the beach without any danger for children. Given its exposure the beach is sunny all day. For fans of water sports, beach Lodonnec is also quite suitable for the practice of windsurfing, sea kayaking, paddle or any other water sport.

The house is fully equipped with all the amenities you need to spend real relaxing holiday. The appliance is very good.

The 4 bedrooms are bright and spacious, bedding is of very good quality. The 4 bedrooms allow everyone to have their independence in order to rest in good conditions. The two bathrooms on each floor also possible to have privacy. The 2 toilets are separated.

The large living room promotes the good times shared. The sunny terrace all day, suite can enjoy the garden where children can play freely.

Short stays are possible on request outside of school holidays.

Week-end marin dans un paradis breton

Un séjour de 4 jours où pluie et soleil nous ont permis de profiter des plaisirs de l'océan, tout proche, et de la maison, si agréable et si pratique. La decoration a été soignée, tout le nécessaire est à disposition. De quoi passer un très beau sejour en famille.

Séjour inoubliable

Très bon séjour chez Sophie. La maison correspondait très bien à ce qu'on attendait, elle est très bien située pour des visites et des balades au bord de la mer. Nous avons eu une météo très correcte alors qu'il faisait mauvais ailleurs. Nous reviendrons sûrement une prochaine fois.

10 jours en Bretagne

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans la maison de Sophie sous un soleil resplendissant, maison très bien conçue pour accueillir 8 personnes, il ne manque rien et nous pouvons utilisé de toutes les commodités mises à disposition grande télévision, vélos, transat ,belle grande terrasse La mer est très proche en passant par un petit chemin au bout du terrain. Idyllique pour passer des vacances tranquille avec les enfants Sophie est très disponible pour toutes demandes. Je recommande vivement cette maison si vous voulez passer des moments inoubliables avec la famille ou amis dans une région magnifique.

Lodonnec par excellence

Nous avons passée des jours très agréables en famille dans la maison et à la plage. Il n'y pas des choses, qui manquent. Nous avons aimée beaucoup faire des tours avec les vélos der maison. Quand nous avons eu des questions, Sophie a répondu tout de suit. Merci beaucoup! Wir haben sehr schöne Zeit in Familie im Haus und am Strand verbracht. Im Haus ist an alles gedacht und es fehlt nichts. Besonders haben uns die Fahrradtouren mit den hauseigenen Rädern gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit Sophie lief problemlos! Merci beaucoup!

Great location and facilities

We were a party of 7 and the house was perfect for us. Particularly loved the open plan living area and the large table. The kitchen is very well equipped. The beach, which is a stone throw away, is beautiful and quiet. Sophie the host was really helpful. Overall, a lovely place, which we’re sure to go back to.

Ferien in Lodonnec

Wir haben unsere Zeit genossen. Der Garten, die Grosszügigkeit vom Haus und die Nähe zum schönen Strand hat uns gut gefallen. Mit der Sauberkeit hat es etwas gehapert und eine persönliche Übergabe hätte uns besser gefallen. Mit dem Schlüsselcode lief aber alles reibungslos.

Tolles Haus in 1A-Lage mit perfekter Ausstattung , leider sehr verdreckt

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub, aber bei Ankunft war das Haus völlig verdreckt. Gut war, dass die Vermieterin offen dafür war und am nächsten Tag Reinigungspersonal geschickt hat. Allerdings haben diese nur das geputzt, was wir exemplarisch gezeigt hatten, von Grundreinigung war keine Rede. Wir haben selbst nachgeputzt und die Bettwäsche gewaschen, was mit Trockner auch kein Problem war. Schade für das tolle Objekt in 1A-Lage. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin ist leider nicht vor Ort, um alles zu kontrollieren und nur telefonisch kontaktierbar, das Personal vor Ort kann praktisch kein Englisch, obwohl das in der Anzeige explizit angegeben war. Wir haben aber sofort die Kosten für die Endreinigung und für die bereitgestellte Wäsche als Entschädigung erstattet bekommen. Wir würden wieder hinfahren, aber vorher ausdrücklich ein gereinigtes Haus verlangen. Ich bin sicher, dass Sophie dann auch darauf achtet.

Maison et lieu de vacances très agréables

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans la maison de Sophie où le confort est grand et rien ne manque. La proximité de la belle plage et la mise à disposition des vélos est un grand plus! Sophie est une hôte très sympathique et toujours à l’écoute. Nous recommandons ce logement pour des vacances en famille !

Lodon...nec plus ultra !

Nous nous sommes beaucoup plu dans cette maison située à deux pas de la belle plage de Lodonnec. De conception contemporaine et joliment décorée cette villa bénéficie d'une situation intéressante dans un joli cadre de verdure . Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir disposer de plusieurs vélos sur place.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus und tolle Lage! Leider hatte die Putzperson ihren Auftrag nicht wirklich wahrgenommen. Die Vermieterin hat danach jedoch super reagiert und Konsequenzen gezogen.

Très bon logement mais pb pour facture globale par Abritel

Le logement est très bien, il ne manque rien dans le logement. Ce logement est bien isolé phonétiquement et thermiquement, il est très bien fait. Il est à proximité de la mer nickel. Par contre je ne suis pas content d'Abritel qui ne veut pas fournir une facture globale de la location plus leurs frais de site. Ça va me poser pb pour mon CE. Cordialement
