Situated on the Mar Menor Golf Resort the villa is ideal for families and golfers.
The villa boasts 5 bedrooms 4 bathrooms with two ensuite and it can sleep up to 10 people comfortably. Featuring 3 good sized double rooms (2 upstairs 1 downstairs)plus two additional upstairs rooms with twin beds. As an added benefit one the twin rooms also has mattresses that zip together to form a double bed thus giving the villa 4 double beds if required. One of the double bedrooms is located on the ground floor and is ideal for those who cannot manage the stairs and is located next to the downstairs bathroom. Bedroom 1 (Master bedroom)has an en suite with bath/shower and large balcony overlooking the garden and pool area. Bedroom 5 is a new addition to the villa and has an en suite with shower.
The villa is ideal for outdoor living with a large 8.5m private pool and large garden. The pool can be heated at an additional cost if required. Close to the centre of the Mar Menor golf resort with access to shops,bars/restaurants all within walking distance. A car is not essential but advised if you wish to explore outside the resort or if you are golfing on any of the Jack Nicklaus designed courses. The nearest town is Los Alcázares and is about 10-15mins away by car or taxi and again has a plenty of bars,restaurants and shops to enjoy. It’s a beautiful Spanish coastal town on the Mar Menor sea which is ideal for all kinds of water sports,beach days or just enjoying the many beach bars along the promenade.
Free Wifi and UK satellite TV. All bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans for your enjoyment. The aircon is metered however you will be provided with a free allocation which should last your stay if used correctly. Additional cards can be purchased from the keyholder if required..The Mar Menor Golf Resort benefits from 24 hour security with gated entry at both entrances plus on site security patrols 24/7

Great location and facilities. Nice to have extra little bits of herbs, salt, sugar etc which all helps. The external area is a little tired and needs some investment but perfectly functional. Wonderful Family Holiday at the Mar Menor Golf Resort Villa

We recently returned from a fantastic family holiday at this beautiful villa on the Mar Menor Golf Resort, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home in this spacious and well-appointed property. With five bedrooms and four bathrooms, the villa easily accommodated our family. The layout was perfect, offering both privacy and comfort. The master bedroom, with its en suite and large balcony overlooking the garden and pool, was a favourite spot for morning coffee. The additional rooms provided plenty of flexibility, especially with the twin beds that could zip together for couples. The ground-floor double room was a thoughtful touch for family members who prefer to avoid stairs. The outdoor space truly made our stay memorable. The large 8.5m private pool was a highlight for the kids, who spent hours splashing around, while the spacious garden provided ample room for lounging in the sun. We loved the convenience of having shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance; it made for easy outings without the need for a car every day. Exploring nearby Los Alcázares was a breeze, and we enjoyed the beautiful beaches and vibrant promenade. The local beach bars offered delicious food and refreshing drinks, making our beach days even more enjoyable. A great property to stay in...

More than enough room for 6 adults, with bathrooms for all, handy location to most of the area, even walkable to the nearest restaurants (20 minutes- enough to walk off the drinks). Large spacious plot to lounge around in, quiet so no disturbances so good for a lie in. Good amenities with dishwasher and washing machine, however wait till the warmer weather before jumping in the pool, much shrinkage was to be had.

Golf trip

This property was ideal for our group of 5. Plenty of space within the villa with everything required for our stay. Neat and tidy with a great pool and plenty of sun beds to use. Handy supermarket on site and a great selection of restaurants nearby. The golf is great too. Managed to play 6 different courses all within a 40 minute drive. Would certainly recommend this villa and may well be back next year

Brilliant villa with an amazing garden pool

Loved this property. Great location, very clean and all a family could ask for. Great pool which suits kids and adults. All the sport on TV you could wish for along with lots of movies. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of space in all rooms. We will definitely visit again and Liam and Terri couldn't have been more helpful. 10/10 from me.

Lovely holiday

Really good communication at all times. If we had a problem Terri was quick to try and solve it. I'm not sure if the whole villa is having an update the same time as the extra bedroom is being built but it would be nice if it had a freshen up as the kitchen is looking a little bit tired. Just a suggestion which I think would enhance the appearance of the villa immediately is to throw away all the tatty false flowers... that aside the pool and garden was amazing and we all had a lovely time and would definatly return again.

Had a great stay here and villa is great with a good sized back garden aswell. Shops and restaurants close by. Would recommend. I was doing some bike testing at cartagena and it was only a 15 min drive so was handy for that.

Great villa in prime position .

We had fantastic holiday at villa . Terry was great did a big shop for us arriving , big help with young kids. Outside space was fabulous and swimming pool was great , but could have done with a tidy up before we arrived . Overall great holiday and would definitely go back.

A really lovely villa

The villa was lovely and well presented. The pool and garden were very good. Slight disappointment for my grandson that pool lights didn't change colour but he almost lived in the pool anyway. Any questions or minor problems were sorted quickly by the key holder The resort itself was well kept and felt very safe. We had easy access to surrounding towns and beaches. I wouldn't hesitate to return to this property or to recommend it to friends.

Amazing!

We have recently returned from spending 5 days in this villa and had a great time. The villa is in a good location. It's spacious and has great outdoor space. Communication from the owner beforehand was great and the key holder was lovely. The offer to get some food and drink in for when we arrived was a great touch. Would definitely recommend and hoping to book again next year!

Beautiful Villa in Great Location

Fantastic 4 bedroom villa with amazing outdoor space with great large pool that gets the sun all day long. The villa was well kept and very clean and tidy. Ideal for families and golfers alike. The Mar Menor Golf Resort is close to Los Alcazares which is a beautiful Spanish town and the resort itself boasts restaurants, bars, a beautiful Hotel plus a supermarket. There is also a large communal pool on the resort. The resort is safe and gated with security and has lots going on in the summer for all age groups. The owners and keyholders were great and provided information quickly and were very helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
