Location très bien située mais pas toujours très pratique
La propriété est parfaitement située (centre ville, marché couvert, plage, plage aux phoques). Tout est proche. Accueil très sympa. La propriété est toutefois sombre (nous l'avons évoqué lors de notre départ), les escaliers ne sont pas hyper faciles (surtout l'accès à la SDB) et un peu glissants. Nous avons trouvé la cuisine et le salon très petits (nous n'étions que 3 et l'annonce indique jusqu'à 6 personnes). La salle à manger est bien. Les chambres sont très bien (il faudra payer un surplus pour la literie et pour le linge de toilette, ce qui n'est pas mentionné dans l'annonce!) Côté SDB, c'est une baignoire qui vous attend. Le jardin mentionné dans l'annonce est un carré de béton en extérieur. Nous avons aimé Berck, l'emplacement de la propriété, ses couchages mais ce n'était pas pour nous (un peu déçus après avoir vu des avis à quasiment 10/10).

La maison est accueillante, bien équipée et malgré le temps pluvieux bien chauffée ! Elle est située dans une rue calme près du centre ville et de la plage ce qui nous a permis de faire de belles promenades. Nous avons très bien été accueillis par Pascal.

Maison ancienne bien située
Situation proche de la plage, telle que décrite dans l'annonce. Maison ancienne typique des constructions historiques de Berck début 1900. Literie confortable. Accueil sympathique sur place par la personne qui nous a remis les clés. Toutefois la déco est un peu vieiillote, des toiles d'araignée dans la cuisine et le chauffage fonctionnait mal (pas de chauffage dans la salle de bains), pour une fin de mois d'octobre, c'était un peu juste. Enfin l'annonce ne mentionnait pas les suppléments de prix pour le linge de maison et aussi le fait que le stationnement est payant dans la rue pendant les vacances scolaires.

Très agréable séjour, logement situé dans une rue tranquille, a 5 min à pied de la plage et des commerces de la ville. Nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin, y compris pour nos jumeaux en bas âges.

Die Kommunikation mit Fabienne und ihren Brüdern, die den Check in und Check out bei unserer spontanen Buchung übernommen haben, verlief überaus freundlich und reibungslos. Das Haus versprüht den Charme vergangener Zeiten und ist zudem modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
