LOGEMENT LIMITE INSALUBRE POUR CAUSE D'HUMIDITÉ

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans cet appartement en famille. Quand nous sommes arrivés les draps sales de la chambre des enfants étaient encore sur les lits et j'ai du passer l'aspirateur partout. Le logement est très humide, il y a de l'eau dans les deux chambres qui suintent des angles des murs extérieurs en quantité et qui font ensuite des flaques d'eau au sol. forte odeur d'humidité. Nous avons découvert qu'il y a avait des absorbeurs d'humidité mais inefficaces vu l'ampleur du problème. Nous avons du quitter le logement plus tôt. Sommes très déçus car l'emplacement était très bon mais un appartement dans cet état ne peut être loué à ce prix la semaine c'est inadmissible sachant qu'il est dans cet état.

Très bon emplacement

Appart très bien situé avec le parking en plein centre, très pratique. Par contre un peu cher pour ne pas avoir les draps et serviettes. Les enfants ont bien entendu la rivière de leur chambre (comme noté dans d'autres commentaires) mais ils ont quand même très bien dormi.

Parfait pour être au coeur de la ville

Agréable appartement extrêmement bien situé avec place de parking essentielle. Seul bémol, l'insonorisation interne (tout dépend des voisins).

Bon séjour mais tarif élevé

Appartement idéal pour famille de 5. Chambre des enfants un peu froide à cause de la porte vitrée donnant sur le cours d’eau qui génère un bruit de fond qui heureusement n’a pas dérangé les enfants. Dommage que le tarif a augmenté énormément en 1an, car à ce prix, c’est la dernière fois que nous louerons ce logement.

Muy centrica. Muy bien equipada y decorada.

Cauterets ofrece ademas del ski un pueblo muy completo para disfrutar. El apartamento con 2 hablitaciones y salon con area de cocina y comedor diferenciada resulta muy agradable.

Nous avons vraiment aimé notre séjour à Cauterets dans cet appartement très central et très fonctionnel. Situé dans la rue commerçante, il suffit de descendre dans la rue pour trouver locations de skis, boulangerie, halles, supermarché... Très appréciable. La télécabine est à 5 min à pied, parfait ! Seul point négatif : si l'appartement est très bien insonorisé avec l'extérieur (double vitrage, on entend peu le bruit du dehors), il est en revanche mal insonorisé avec les autres appartements de la résidence du même palier. Nous avons eu la malchance d'avoir un groupe de jeunes dans l'appartement juste à côté, qui faisait la fête jusqu'à 4 / 5 h du matin... Difficile de dormir dans ces conditions même si, après les avoir avertis, ils ont baissé le son...

Excellentes prestations en plein centre de Cauterets

Très satisfait de cet appartement, très bien équipé, avec goût. A la différence de nombreuses locations de vacances, cet appartement offre des prestations de qualité. Idéalement placé.
