Heated pool. White sand beach 10 minutes walk. 420 m2 of exotic wooden floors of which 120 m2 and 300 m2 indoors and outdoors. All sections of wall overlooking the sea and the mountains are glazed. In the living room bay window off 8m60, which offers panoramic views ranging from Bavella Berry Pinarello and Villata. Decoration, furnishings and fine amenities. Conditioned rooms. On arrival, the beds are made at your convenience. Cleaning is done every day in high season (2 hours a day except Sundays). The replacement of linen is on a Saturday and a thorough cleaning. The house is also equipped with SAT TV and Internet WIFI.

La maison est conforme à l'annonce, spacieuse et très bien équipée. Idéale entre amis ! Très belle vue. Tout est prévu pour les différents moments de détente : 1 coin pour l'apéritif, un autre pour les repas et la grande terrasse autour de la piscine pour trouver de la place au soleil ou à l'ombre selon les désirs de chacun ! Seul bémol : on aurait bien aimé un minimum de provisions en arrivant, ( sel, poivre, huile, vinaigre, thé, café,..) que l'on aurait remplacé en partant ...

I usually rely quite a lot on reviews so I will try to be as objective as possible: The Good: - the house has beautiful views of the Saint Cyprien beach - the house is a short drive away from beautiful beaches - the house has a nice layout as it is very open with large windows - Richard, the owner, and Fernanda, the care take, are very nice pleasant people. The Bad - the house is advertised as having a heated pool but the heating was broken and no effort was made to repair it or compensate us for the misrepresentation. The weather can be quite cold and the water was freezing so we didn't even use it. -Hazard! the deck leading to the pool is comprised of large steps (almost a meter I would say) but there are only a set of incredibly narrow stairs going down. I was constantly overseeing the steps of my nephews and my 80 year old dad because the risk of having a serious accident is very high - I would not say that the house is walking distance from the beach (although there are a lot of beaches a short drive away). Perhaps it is 15 minutes but quite difficult to get there (note that the location is Zonza, not Lecci) -it is advertised with daily cleaning, but in fact they came only one time. They said that only in August they have cleaning everyday so I would ask specifically -the layout of the house was very nice but the rooms were quite small -WIFI: the house is advertised as having wifi but frankly it doesn't work. I was using my data all week from my phone. Richard says that it is a problem of the island but I find that strange

Une vue imprenable pour un séjour très agréable
Très joli séjour familial dans un espace fait pour recevoir! Dehors comme dedans, tout le monde a trouvé sa place. Se réveiller avec vue sur la mer a régalé petits et grands !

Maison et cadre exceptionnel !!!! Se laisser réveiller doucement en s'émerveillant de cette superbe vue qui nous entoure est un réel moment de bonheur. Cette vue ne vous quitte pas un instant que vous soyez dehors, dans la pièce de vie, dans les chambres et même en se douchant !!! La maison est très bien pensée, la déco soignée, équipement cuisine en abondance... Petit chemin très facile pour accéder à une petite plage superbe en 10/15 mn. Prévoir les courses en avances. Et un plus non négligeable, la sympathie de Mr Richard Un grand merci

Séjour familial à 12 personnes Que peut-on rêver de plus ? une villa très soignée idéale pour 12 personnes une énorme terrasse avec plusieurs coin détente une vue à 180° mer à couper le souffle (île avec une tour génoise notamment) une piscine avec vue mer au calme et à quelques encablures d'une plage très peu fréquentée on ne peut que recommandée cette très, très belle propriété un propriétaire charmant

Merveilleux séjour
Pour une première sur l'île de Beauté, nous pouvons confirmer qu'elle porte bien son nom. Nous avons pu l'admirer depuis cette magnifique villa, qui tient toutes ses promesses. La vue à 180° est réellement à couper le souffle. Alors certes, la voiture est indispensable mais cela vaut vraiment la peine et la situation de la maison reste malgré tout à proximité de tout (plage, commerce, site et aéroport). Merci à M. Richard pour son accueil et ses conseils de découvertes. Propreté, équipement et fonctionnalité ont très vite permis de se sentir presque chez nous et à l'aise dans son environnement chaleureux. Nous la conseillons les yeux fermés car notre séjour fut une réussite totale. Encore merci et bonne continuation.

Villa chaleureuse, confortable avec vue sublime
Tout d'abord un grand grand merci à Richard pour sa souplesse et son écoute. Nous avons passé un séjour parfait. Nous avions même voulu prolonger mais la villa était déjà louée. La maison se prête vraiment à la relaxation avec une piscine chauffée sublime avec une vue à couper le souffle, les 3 salons extérieurs, l'immense terrasse, les chambres et la literie sont très confortables et les canapés intérieurs également. La maison est très très bien équipée. Rien ne manque ! Nous avons même fait venir une masseuse à domicile ! Vous pouvez aussi faire une super balade jusqu'à la tour génoise. Encore Merci et nous espérons pouvoir revenir !!
