Alexis is a warm host and she goes out of her way to help make you feel comfortable in the apartment and in the city, I have been to New York many times and without question this is the best location for me as I walked far and wide in every direction from the Van Gogh exhibit on south Pier 36 and a Broadway show on 8th Avenue in Times Square and everywhere in between, I hope to be able stay here again on future visits to Née York
I was offered a place to get my business done and this was exactly that. The cleaning seemed rushed but it was okay nothing crazy. Loved the space and loved the communication
Agree with other reviews could use a little cleaning. In fridge and microwave. Otherwise very convenient and great keeping in touch and answering questions
I enjoyed my stay very much!!! Alexis was an excellent host! Her apartment was clean, cozy & in a great location. All the photos were accurate. The rooftop space was great too! Great views! Alexis was very helpful & accommodating to me & my family! I now consider her a friend. Best vrbo I’ve stayed in while in New York City!
When you visit NYC it can be very expensive especially if you want to stay in Manhattan... This property is in a perfect location to get around Manhattan and has some great eateries (highly suggest Coppolas and the pastry shop across the street . ) Not only is this in a great location but the price you just can't beat. You actually get a rooftop view of the Empire State Building . The Owner Lex is a wonderful person that will communicate and help you the whole time you are in NYC if needed. If you are looking for something high end like the Ritz Hotel type accommodations this is not it but if you want an affordable nice stay with a great location that is safe and secure and easy to get around NYC this is it.
Easy process to book and Alexis was very communicative throughout process and made adjustments to accommodate early arrival and late check out. View from 19th floor rooftop is spectacular. The apartment could have been cleaner with more bathroom towels available. Overall we were very pleased and would definitely book in the future. The price was certainly right.
Everything was good except it was a little messy/unclean. There were crumbs or pieces of something all over the couch pillows. There was food in the fridge (Milk to be expired the next day, moldy garlic, and other items that were beyond regular complimentary condiments). Laundry/clothes were piled up in the closet. Other than that we had a flawless stay and the property manager reached out multiple times to check on us and ask if we needed anything. Thanks Lex!
