This beautiful traditional house is made for your holidays. Its American kitchen allows you to stay together and to share good moments in a large living room, fully equipped and ideal to cook good little dishes. The living room is bathed in sun thanks to the large window, giving access to a large garden. The bedrooms are nice and comfortable, get up early to enjoy the sunrise. When everyone is ready, get out of the ping-pong table to challenge family or friends !

Once you have discovered the little secret path, you are 600 meters walk from La Sauzaie beach and one of the most beautiful wild walks of the Vendean coast along the cornice. For walkers or cyclists, it is also the start of long walks or going up in the dunes, or down on La Parée and its shops. For the surfers, you are in front of the famous spot of La Sauzaie lit up at night, it's really beautiful to see ! You are also ready for the restaurant Le Galet which welcomes you on its terrace facing the sea, or the Viviers de la Corniche open all year where you find seafood, well known by the inhabitants of Brétignolles-sur-Mer...

You still have to discover Brétignolles-sur-mer, a small corner still authentic, without building bar or large shopping center. Everything is human and pleasant, with smiling and friendly traders. We like it for its market twice a week, Thursday and Sunday. Its halls are open everyday to buy fresh products. From the Dunes beach in the South (known for the introduction to surfing) to the Cornice and its splendid sunsets, have walks on foot or by bike. You will fall under the spell of this atypical seaside resort.

Séjour bretignolle

Vacances agréables mais…

Quand nous sommes arrivés, le service de conciergerie Hoomy nous attendait Notre concierge Camille a ouvert la porte et une odeur d’urine est venue chatouiller nos narines Odeur qui est restée toute la semaine malgré nos remarques au service de conciergerie et l’aération de la maison constante Déjà un mauvais point Le ménage laissait à désirer j’ai pris des photos que je tiens à votre disposition L’abattant des toilettes haut ne tenait pas La conciergerie est venue 2 fois avec un abattant universel si la 1ère fois cela ne s’emboite pas ce n’est pas la peine de revenir une 2ème fois avec un abattant universel Je peux vous dire qu’il y’a eu un problème d’évacuation au mois d’août dans le quartier et qu’une entreprise est venue déboucher toutes les canalisations Si le ménage au tarif de 80€ est fait par Hoomy il faudrait peut-être revoir le tarif qui est élevé par rapport à la prestation car c’est ce service qui a fait le ménage 15 jours avant notre arrivée et il n’y a eu personne entre De plus les poubelles n’ont pas été sorties donc la poubelle jaune débordait et la poubelle des ordures ménagères aussi Voilà tout est dit Sinon la maison est bien agencée et bien située

Hormis le fait que la vaisselle n'était pas très propre, ainsi que le lave vaisselle, nous avons passés un très bon séjour. Bien situé à 600 mètres des plages, il y a tout dans la maison jusqu'au épuisettes pour les enfants.

Maison très propre

Maison très propre. Lits très confortables. Il ne manque rien (transats, parasols, barbecue,...) pour profiter en famille de vacances au bord de la mer. Bonne situation permettant de découvrir les Sables d'Olonne, St Gilles Croix de vie ou encore Noirmoutier.

Nous avons passés un agréable sejour en famille dt reviendront avec plaisir.

Maison tres bien située, acces direct a la mer et sentier cotier par un chemin. Nos enfants ont appréciés la table de ping pong et lits superposés donnant une ambiance colonie de vacances. Maison bien équipée dont les 2 salles de bains et wc.

Logement au top! Une grande pièce de vie, et un extérieur clôturé. Literie confortable. Jeux à disposition. Maison située à un bon 500 m de la plage. Un bon séjour, je recommande cette location.

Maison très propre et très fonctionnelle

Elle est proche des plages, 2 min à vélo pour la plus proche (mais assez fréquentée) et 6 min pour les plages un peu plus tranquilles dans les dunes si vous preferez plus d'espace. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil et nous avons pu nous arranger pour nous hérités d'arrivée et départ sans soucis. La table de ping pong au sous sol à été très appréciée de nos enfants. La terrase est agréable et sans vis à vis. Seul point d'attention, si vous êtes rellement nombreux (nous étions 4) il n'y a qu'une seule sdb, pas très grande...

Super emplacement à côté de la mer, maison fonctionnelle et bien équipée La salle de bain un peu trop vieillotte et bien aérer la maison Forte odeur d’humiditée, enlever les toiles d’araignée + araignée peut être refaire un brun de ménage après une longue absence de séjour car beaucoup de poussière. Un lit double qui grince à revoir chambre près des toilettes
