This upgraded, beautiful, 780 sq. ft. 4th-floor condo is located on the beaches of Okaloosa Island. It is perfect for small families and couple's getaways.

Soft greens, blues, and cool greys offer a welcoming environment to relax and unwind in. Complimentary to this lovely living space is the beautiful coastal scenery from the private balcony beyond the living room. The cozy bedroom features a king-size bed (sleeps 2). In the living area is a queen-size sofa sleeper (sleeps 2) and a full-size Murphy bed (sleeps 2). Additionally, there is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
Enjoy preparing any meal in the fully upgraded and equipped kitchen. We provide our guests with 5-star linens and towels. Also, for your convenience, there is a fantastic newly renovated coin-operated laundry facility on the ground floor!

For outdoor fun, enjoy our beautiful beaches (within walking distance) and the FREE beach service (included in your rent), offering 2 chairs & 1 umbrella (March 1st-Oct 31st). Or enjoy a swim in our swimming pool, play a game of shuffleboard, or a round of tennis!
Spend more quality time with friends and family cooking in the charcoal grilling area. Additionally, those who want to keep their workout routines will love our gym/fitness room.

- No third-party bookings are allowed.
- Due to Strict HOA Rules - Guests must be 25 years old to reserve and occupy this unit. Children ARE always welcome with their parents.
- Strict Max Occupancy - Babies, Infants & Children ARE Included in Occupancy
- Due to Severe Allergies, there are absolutely NO animals or pets of any kind allowed. (With the exception of a registered service dog.)
- Absolutely NO smoking, NO Vaping, candles, incense, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio.

***ALL vacation rental condos (as opposed to hotels) are stocked with the following minimum initial necessities (Starter Supplies):
Kitchen: 1 roll of paper towels, 60ml bottle of dish soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 Keurig pods, 4 sugar sticks, 4 creamers (2 French vanilla and 2 original), cleaning wipes (15ct), 3 trash bags, and 2 laundry pods.
Full Bathroom(s): 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 37ml bottle of shampoo, 37ml bottle of conditioner, 37ml bottle of body wash, 37ml bottle of lotion, hand & face bar, massage body bar, and makeup wipes.
For longer stays, you are welcome to bring, or buy, additional supplies. Spices & condiments are not provided.
