About this property

Built in 1998, Sunview House is a three-story colonial style house. Feel the warmth of sunlight & enjoy the scenic views of the tidal marsh & river through almost every window with a peek-a-boo view of the ocean from the master bedroom. Short walk to South River, Humarock Beach, restaurants, coffee shop, package store & salon. Several historic sites located nearby. Situated between Boston & Cape Cod. Easy access to Rt.3 & 3A. Nearby train station w/access to Boston.

The first floor space includes living room (couch w/pullout bed), dining area, kitchen & half bath. On the second floor are two bedrooms, a full bath & laundry. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the second one has a queen-sized bed as well as a couch. The master bedroom is located on the third floor, which includes a queen sized bed, leather couch, desk, mini-fridge & high top table with chairs. There are two Duraflame fireplaces w/remote on first & third floors.
There is the main deck (main entrance) as well as a smaller deck on opposite side of house. Picnic table facing tidal marsh. Grill and propane tank will be provided for guests use. However, we do not monitor fuel status and guest may need to refill before use.
New memory foam mattresses for all beds (2019).
High-quality bedding and towels provided.
Front loading washer & dryer. Laundry supplies provided for your convenience.
Wifi included.
Livingroom & bedrooms have either smart TVs w/chromecast built-in or TV's w/ Amazon Fire w/remote (login to Hulu, Netflix, Amazon, etc. w/ your own account). Each bedroom has bluetooth speaker/charger port alarm clock.
K-cup coffee machine (coffee & tea provided), all kitchen essentials provided.
Outdoor hose w/hot & cold water makes it easy to rinse yourself or dog off after the beach!

Please note: We request at least 2 days advance notice when booking (i.e. book by Tuesday for a Thursday check-in). Whenever possible and if property is vacant, we may be able to accommodate a booking/check-in with shorter notice. Please inquire to discuss.

Disclosure: There is (1) one Ring doorbell device located next to the front door facing south. Please note, it is primarily used to monitor weather/water level conditions when vacant.

Adults, kids and pets all had a good stay

Property is very cute and beachy but has all modern conveniences. Location is great- close to Humarock beach and restaurants but quick drive to a number of other shopping and dining options. Host was friendly and responsive and left us all the information we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, superb host

Stayed here for my daughter’s wedding. Any questions or requests were answered almost immediately. The property itself, clean, comfortable. Location close to the beach, scenic views and close to restaurants. I would recommend to anyone. I would definitely stay here again.

Way better than staying in a hotel

The owners have thought of everything. The house had all the little items (and more) you don't realize you need when staying somewhere for a few days. The grocery store was near by so we were able to eat breakfast and dinner at the house because t he kitchen had everything to make a meal. The owner responded quickly when I had a question. I was worried about the comfort of the bed and pillows since I'm 6 months pregnant but the bed was super comfortable and the pillows were great. The Keurig in the kitchen was such a nice surprise since I love coffee and the kitchen had a teapot which was perfect because I also love herbal tea. I hope all my future VRBO rentals are as wonderful as this place.

Quaint cottage with New England charm in a little village by the ocean

My husband and 3 teenage sons were looking for a VRBO by the ocean before attending a Gaelic football tournament in Canton. This house was clean and fully stocked with all necessary supplies including beach chairs, towels, extra blankets, coffee pods, cooking utensils, spices/condiments, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, etc. We didn’t have bring anything but our clothes, sunscreen and a beach towel. The host, Adam, thought of everything! The house and location were perfect and exactly as described. We walked to the beach, donut shop, fish market, and icecream window. We ate at the Voyage Pub and the Bridgeway Inn and the food was delicious. We really loved the fresh seafood! We found out the area is nicknamed the Irish Riviera. The locals were very friendly and we fit right in. Our family felt very safe here and we let our teenage boys roam around independently to get icecream and donuts. Our stay was very relaxing and it was a great getaway from the usual daily grind. We plan on going back again!

Great rental

Perfect home. Great to have 3 bedrooms, each with large beds. Kitchen has everything you need. 1 and a half bath worked well. Plenty of towels and hot water. A/C units and ceiling fans kept house cool. Plenty of parking. Good location.

Great house, close to everything Humarock

My family stayed here while we had our floors refinished, and it was so nice being able to was to and on Humarock each day. The house is cozy and well equipped. The neighborhood is friendly. Thanks for sharing your house!

Great vaycay

We had a great time at Adam’s rental. It was nice walking each morning to the donut shop. Only took 2 mins to drive to the beach (totally walkable also). The house was just as described and we really enjoyed not having to worry about beach towels or chairs. There was a slight hiccup trying to check in, my phone didn’t have service to load the instructions with the code, but Adam was quick to respond via the ring doorbell. We would gladly stay again.

Quiet beach getaway

My husband and I were more than pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The place was even nicer that the pictures. Adam made a breeze to check in and even let us arrive a little early. The kitchen had all we needed. There were ample towels both for the bathroom and beach. The air conditioners were already turned on which was great because it was a hot one! The beach was a very short walk with a cute donut shop, gift shop and ice cream place a long the way. Highly recommend this house for a couple or small family getaway.

Lovely spot

The reunion

This property was the perfect spot to gather with my college cronies…hard to believe we’ve known each other 50 years! The house was clean, comfortable and had all the desired amenities. The location was just right for a rendezvous, as we were traveling from 3 different places spread across Massachusetts. Although it was a bit too chilly for sitting outside, we enjoyed a walk to the beach, cooking our own meals and just hanging out and reminiscing. I look forward to staying again. Thanks Adam! Wonderful Home Away From Home

The house truly feels like an oasis, a home away from home. Everything from the booking to check-in to check-out was seamless. Adam goes above and beyond to provide guests a welcoming atmosphere. Amazing experience

The house exceeded our expectations! The location is fantastic, the rooms had beautiful views, the amenities were new, and there was plenty of room for parking, (which can sometimes be an issue when staying at beach houses). The owners were very welcoming and super flexible when we asked to arrive a little bit early and checkout a little bit late! Overall it was a great place to stay!

Excellent!!! Great spot for me and my little family. Everything was clean with such attention to detail. The view from top floor is gorgeous. Very close to beach, shops and restaurants. We would definitely rent here again!
