This apartment, located in Argelès-sur-Mer, is ideal for 4 vacationers. It offers a bedroom, a shared pool from 13 June to 15 September and a furnished terrace.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a DVD player.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 4 or outside, on the terrace or on the balcony enjoying views of the mountains.
The apartment has a comfortable bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower. A separate toilet is available
The apartment features air conditioning, ironing equipment, a vacuum cleaner, cleaning products, a washing machine and central heating.
Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 95 euros to be paid on site. Towels must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 8 euros per person to be paid on site. A tourist tax of 1.5 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival. Please bring your own bed linen.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are allowed on demand. Parties are not allowed. The owner lives near the property.
