Old capital of Balagne, Calenzana is situated between sea and mountain and dominate the bay of Calvi. The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area, at 2 minutes of the center of the village. Cosy and decorated tastefully you can find a restful peace and the quality of life of the Corsican villages there.
The village of Calenzana offers a lot of activities: swimming pool, squash, hiking (starting point of the GR20), badminton, concerts, etc....
Its cultural heritage (holy Blaise church, Holy Restitude chapel) and artisans who making traditional products from the country doing Balagne an indispensable step.
A few minutes away from the apartment you will find the Calvi-Balagne sports complex.
The city of Calvi is at 15 minutes.

The apartment is a studio in a house of character.
The area of the apartment is 40m2 and there is:
- a living with flat TV
- a kitchen area with microwaves, glass ceramic plaque…
- an open-plan sleeping with bed in 140x190cm
- a bathroom with WC

There is access to the garden with a table for lunch outside.
No washing-machine but possibility of letting the linen clean.
