The apartment includes a fully equipped American kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dolce gusto coffee machine, kettle ...)
A bedroom with a king size bed which can be separated into 2 single beds. The configuration of the desired room between 2 single beds or a double bed is indicated after booking.
A 160 × 190 rapid opening sofa bed is in the living room.
The bathroom has a bathtub and a hairdryer is available.
The apartment has a closed garage in the secure basement.
The apartment is located on the seafront and allows walking to the center of Juan-les Pins and Golf-Juan. It is close to all amenities (beach, supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, tobacco, bus stop, ..) no need to take a car.
For young children, a travel cot and a pushchair are available in the apartment.
