Fortunately, Bimini was spared any damage from the recent hurricane affecting the northern Bahamas
This new Port Royale 1680 sq ft rental on a canal is minutes away from the bluewater gulf stream, and a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in Bimini.
Dockage is included in the price and a six passenger golf cart is available for $50 a day
Rental rate is $500 per day, three day minimum, $3000 per week. Holidays are $3500 per week. Children are welcome, no pets.
Local activities include a casino on the north island, beaches, lobstering, snorkeling, fishing, swimming with dolphins, and kayaking.
For the benefit of fisherman, there is a 50 pound per day icemaker underneath the kitchen counter next to the refrigerator

Another Awesome trip

We stayed at Casa Desantis agin this year just as we did last year the same time. Phil Desantis and Jason are awesome to work with. The house is absolutely beautiful and has everything you could ever need or wish for. The dock is perfect for several boats if needed We had numerous storms roll through this time and the canal were the house is located kept our boat safe and never had any concerns with it getting damaged. We highly recommend Cara Desantis for your Bimini stay

This property is owned by the best guy you will ever meet. He was like a Dad who made sure we were completely taken care of. He is warm and inviting and was willing to go to many many lengths to assure we have the best stay possible. We will be back many times over and have referred him to all of our friends that travel to Bimini

Nice House on South Bimini

Prior to arriving, the communication from the house owner was great. He gave us information about the house and information about Bimini in general including checking in process. He was very flexible with us with arriving and departing. When we arrived we met Jason, the property manager, who was very nice and accommodating. The house itself is very beautiful and clean. It has as very large open area with the kitchen, dining room and TV area which was ideal for cooking and entertaining. The house was very well equipped even with a small ice maker. It has a very large dock which can easily fit a couple 30' boats. We had a great time and am very pleased with the accommodations! I am sure we will return in the near future.

Excellent Bimini Trip

Stayed here for a week in July. House is great. Phil and his property manager are always available if you need anything. Also there is a 50lb a day ice maker that really comes in handy.

What a trip

For anyone looking to for an awesome vacation with the most beautiful house on South Bimini look no further than Conch Heaven! This house exceeded our expectations with all the amenity. The owner Phillip Desantis was great to work with and very helpful when we had any questions. He gave us in sight on things to do while we where there and the house had everything you could wish for. We would highly recommend Conch Heaven without hesitation. We are already planning a return visit to the same place

Great house- perfect for our quick getaway!

We came by boat, and the house was easy to reach. It was such a relaxing trip, and it was nice to have a huge dining room table for meals. The extra large washer and dryer was great for cleaning our beach towels. We usually took excursions by boat, but we used the golf cart to go to the beach one day. I definitely recommend this property.

Great communication and helpful the whole time. Location is very quite and we had the beach almost to ourselves the whole time. Great snorkeling off the beach. Great place to stay and plenty of room for a big group and your boat('s).

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in south Bimini. The house was everything it was made out to be and more. Plenty of room, easy access from the boat to the house. Ice machine was wonderful, along with the other appliances the home had to offer. I wouldn’t consider staying elsewhere.

Great house for groups

Great house with an amazing location. If you are looking to disconnect, and relax in the islands, this is the house for you. We had a group with kids and everyone had a great time. House was comfortable and well equipped. Jason the property manager was super attentive and on top of all our needs.

Bimini crossing from Fort Lauderdale

This house was perfect for our stay. We had room to dock a 24 ft boat and two 12 foot long jet skis. We brought all of our food and prepared meals at the house. The ice machine was a big help. The house had everything we needed and more. Jason and DR Phil were available for any questions and were very helpful with hints to make our stay better. The power went out a couple times but that is an island wide issue. One outage was due to a storm. The house was supplied with lanterns to help during these times. The area is so peaceful. Some of our group took the ferry to the casino a couple times. The house is only a short golf cart ride away from the ferry and convenient store. Our entire group was happy with our stay and we wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay in Bimini and can’t wait to go back. The property was in a great location especially if you travel by boat. There is a large dock area. The laid back island was just what we were looking for. The home owner was very attentive and helpful. We hope to come back again soon!

The house was awesome, and the owner of the property OMG he is very attentive, friendly and helpful person. I will definitely come back to that house, the only thing is you must take repellent with you.

Big and confortable

The house was big and confortable. The host maintain communication with us at all times and answer questions about the area. The house come with the ice machine and golf cart which is need it to commute around the south island and its hard to find them to rent sometimes.
