BEACH HOUSE CONDOMINIUM AMENITIES

This complex features a gazebo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. There is a vast seasonally heated pool and a kiddie pool. Amenities include a video game room, fitness room, lighted tennis courts, outdoor grills and convenient guest laundry facilities on every floor.

Beach House Condos is built on the south side of Scenic Gulf Drive. Guests and owners step directly off the pool deck and down the steps to the squeaky, sugary sand and emerald waters. All of our properties do require a Saturday-Saturday stay during Spring, Summer, Fall, and other peak times of the year.

Perfect home away from home
This was a beautiful comfy unit. Kitchen had everything you needed. All the beds were comfortable and furniture was perfect for beach. The unit was updated and felt just like home. Can’t beat the view in main bedroom or the balcony. We did not want to leave.

Great Time at The Beach House Again!
We always have a great stay at the Beach House. Room was nice and access to the private beach is definitely a plus. Never crowded like the ones further east. Our granddaughter is 4 and she has a super time at the beach and pool. We will be back!

Beautiful condo
We have been visiting Destin for 19 years and the Beach House is by far the best! This unit was clean, the beds are comfortable, even the pull out couch. We will look to reserve this unit again next year!

The condo itself was excellent and Renee was very responsive to our inquiries. The actual condo development could use a little better maintenance but nothing that impacted our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Not kid friendly, A/C was VERY noisy
The condo was clean, the view was beautiful, but it was not for the family who stays in to eat most meals. The kitchen utensils/pans were limited. The description said “sleeps 7”, but only 4 chairs at table (5 with desk chair). There weren’t extra blankets (a set of sheets was available)for the fold out couch. The A/C unit was in the kitchen corner under the counter. It was on average a high of 72 degrees during our stay, so it was not on all the time, but when it was- it was very disturbing. I couldn’t imagine being there when temperatures that are sustained at 80+ degrees.

We had an amazing week in Miramar. Great location and everything we wanted with a heated pool and excellent beach access with chair service. We have three young kids and spent most of our time between the pool and the beach, which they loved and was all they needed. Met great friendly people would definitely stay again in this clean beach condo.

Condo was well stocked and had everything we needed for the week. Very clean unit and just like the photos. This was our second year to stay at this complex and it was much better than the unit we had the year before. Will definitely be back.

Location just cannot be any better! Right in the middle of everything with plenty of dining and shopping right outside your doorstep. Yet, relatively uncrowded beach area and pool overlooking beach. Great value. Would definitely stay here again. Easy check-in and communication with owner was extremely responsive. I recommend this one!

Exceptional ocean front property for the price!
The property was everything we expected and more. The condo was very clean, ready at check-in time, had all of the necessities, and looked just like the photos. The view and proximity to the beach are tremendous. One thing that is particularly nice about this property is that the beach was much less crowded than most other places just to the east and west because there are no large condos and fewer residential houses behind this property. The exterior of the condo facility is certainly not the most beautiful thing on the Miramar Beach coast but that didn't bother us at all. The only incredibly minor complaint we had was that the pool area had some small weeds coming through the bricks/pavers surrounding the pool which could have been easily removed to make the pool area look nicer....but that's it. Overall, it was a great stay, especially for the money.
