About this property

Our house is an old farmhouse of the sixteenth century completely renovated while maintaining its timber and stone walls. It allows to spend a delicious stay with family or friends. With its 6 bedrooms and children's dormitory, 6 bathrooms, children's play areas and many outdoor sites to live outside and enjoy the weather, you will appreciate the calm and beauty of the environment.
Ideally located 1h30 from Paris, in the Loiret, 10 km from the A77 motorway, it is at the strategic point between north and south, east and west, at the confluence of the Loire and the Briare canal , on the route of bicycle circuits along the Loire. In the heart of the Puisaye, we take advantage of the Loire and Burgundy nearby with its great wines and wonderful historical heritage.
Enjoy the calm and wide open spaces offered by the property, as well as many activities - fishing, fishing - and a wide variety of tourist visits, from Loire castles to boat trips on the Briare canal. Visit Guédelon, the castle being built, as in the days of castles. Spend an evening at the sound and light show at the Château de Saint Fargeau, which belonged to the family of Jean d'Ormesson. You will be able to take the little ones, to the farm of the castle of Saint Fargeau where they will discover all the animals of the farm and they will be able to take care of it by giving the bottle to the goats, by making bread, while riding in car on horseback. Do not miss visiting the enamels of Briare and the Faience of Gien, but also the castle of Gien and the castle of Bussière ... and many others!

Séjour au calme en famille

Séjour en famille de 13 personnes (12 adultes et 1 ado). La maison est conforme à la description, au calme et très bien équipée. L'équipe d'accueil est très sympatique et sait adapter les horaires d'arrivée/départs en fonction des possibilités. Précisions à apporter : pièces du haut mansardées ; le dortoir n'est pas une pièce fermée (convient à des enfants/ado mais pas à couple d'adultes).

Accueil très chaleureux Maison bien chauffée adaptée aux grandes familles literie très propre tout était très bien sauf mauvais réseau !!!!! Difficile pour y travailler si besoin mais sinon à refaire apprécier par tous

Très belle demeure mais quelques bémols

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille à l'occasion des fêtes de fin d'année au gîte. Mme De Blay est réactive et à l'écoute. Quelques bémols toutefois. Le manque d'entretien global de la maison fait que nous avons rencontré de petits soucis et subi certains désagréments (odeurs sanitaires, sèche serviette bloqué, robinet cassé...). Nous louons via Abritel depuis plus de 10 ans et d'après nous c'est un gîte dont le tarif plutôt élevé n'est pas en adéquation avec les prestations proposées.

Superbe maison

Nous avons passé trois jours dans la maison de Anne. La maison est très agréable, la propriété est vraiment belle. Nous avions bien profitéde nos trois jours au coin du feu. Anne et Gabrielle ont été très disponible et ont répondu à l’ensemble de nos questions, et se sont accommodées à nos horaires d’arrivée et de sortie des lieux. Il faudrait cependant préciser qu’il est nécessaire d’avoir un chèque de caution. Nous n’en avions pas prévu, mais avons réussi à trouver une solution à notre arrivée.

ferme charmante et idéale pour des vacances avec des enfants

La semaine a été superbe pour les 3 familles que nous étions : la maison est une maison habitée avec en conséquence tout ce qu'il faut comme matériel (cuisine, barbecue etc) et comme jeux pour enfants (déguisements, livres, jeux, trampoline etc). La maison est jolie et le jardin très grand : on recommande.

Super séjour dans cette ancienne ferme pleine de charme et rénovée !

Le gîte et son jardin sont très jolis et pratique pour passer un bon séjour entre amis. Juste petit problème de couverture 4G et le wifi n'était pas assez puissant pour pouvoir nous connecter à internet et recevoir nos messages. Weekend detox digitale donc ! Emplacement idéal pour découvrir les vignes et les fermes autour. Nous avons découvert une chevrerie pas loin où nous avons pu passer du temps avec les animaux et parler avec les producteurs de fromage. .

Incroyable week-end

Cet ancien corps de ferme a été notre havre de bonheur le temps d’un week-end. Nous avons célébrer mon anniversaire entourés de mes amis dans cette maison et son incroyable jardin (merci le soleil !). Danielle nous a accueilli chaleureusement, merci encore à elle pour tout ce qu’elle a fait et sa bonne humeur. Je recommande à 100% !

Endroit idéal pour un we campagnard

La maison est très agréable et bien équipée. C’est une vraie maison de famille et on s’y sent bien, comme chez soi. Il y a plein de jouets pour les enfants qui se sont très bien amusés ensemble grâce au joli dortoir. Nous avons été très bien accueillis (maison chauffée à notre arrivée). Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille.

Très bon WE ressourçant a la campagne

Nous avons passé un très bon WE entre amis.nous étions 8 adultes et 5 enfants. La maison est spacieuse.chaque famille avait sa chambre avec sdb et WC privatifs. Il y a tout l équipement pour les enfants (y compris plein de jeux!). Accueil très appreciable, personnes disponibles, merci. L extérieur est d une surface impressionnante très bien entretenu. Attention étang non protégé ce qui requiert une surveillance constante des enfants.

Grande maison avec beau jardin, parfaite pour un long week-end

Nous avons passé un long week-end dans la maison. Elle a un jardin très grand et agréable avec un barbecue et tout ce qu’il faut pour les grands groupes. Les gérants ont été très flexibles sur les horaires ce qui nous a permis de profiter au maximum de notre week-end. Nous recommandons !
