This three-bedroom, two-bathroom second floor apartment is situated inside the medieval city walls of the old town of Annecy, just inside the Perrière gate. Spread over 92m², it is set up to welcome six guests.

The decor has funky contemporary touches and there are subtle references to swans throughout. Real swans are to be found just down the road, on the canals and the lake. Bedrooms are spacious, there is lots of storage space, and a great open plan kitchen/dining lounge space.

All in all, we think you and your group will be as enthusiastic as we are about this amazing property! Enjoy!

Please note there is no lift in this ancient building, and there are 32 steps from street level to the front door of the apartment. There is no A/C system per se, but standing fans with a cooling system that helps during eventual heat waves.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We accept a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

If you cancel your booking and are due a refund, we will deduct any third party payment processing or foreign exchange fees related to the booking that we have been charged from the amount refunded.

One you will want to go back to
We had a magnificent stay at Swansdoor from the beginning to the end. The location of the apartment was perfect, it was well fitted out with all you would need (including a washer and dryer) and the village was beautiful. Laurent was very responsive to all communications, he has considered all aspects for ensuring a great stay. There is an actual dedicated car parking spot within walking distance. The only thing to consider are the stairs to reach the apartment but it worth the climb for the chance to stay,

Cozy Apartment with Excellent Location and Helpful Host
The apartment was cozy and had everything you needed. Laurent had also taken the time to put together a folder with lots of information about the apartment (e.g., how to operate the appliances, where to find nearby cafes and restaurants) along with suggestions for things to do around Annecy. The location was perfect and made it easy to access everything the old town has to offer. From the time of booking, Laurent was very prompt in responding to any questions and also provided comprehensive instructions on how to find the apartment and the parking space.

Beautiful historic buildings

Don't think twice about booking this apartment for your stay in Annecy! The location can't be better, close to everything in the old town, including annecy's best ice cream right downstairs! The apartment is right in the bustle of the old town yet so peaceful inside. It is beautifully decorated, with very modern finishes, kitchen and bathrooms, yet preserves it's historic feel with the exposed beams and original floors. Perfect for our family of six, with the added convenience of parking just up the street. Audrey was extremely helpful in checking us in and answering our questions throughout our stay.
