Discovering the North of Martinique (MQLO01)

Location

The villa is on the north Atlantic coast of Martinique, in the town of Lorrain. It is in a very green environment and surrounded by a large park.

At the bottom of la Montagne Pelée (the volcano of Martinique), its location is very suitable for people wishing to discover the lush vegetation of the North and discover the many hiking trails.

Several big wave beaches (popular with surfers) are nearby. They are not suitable for swimming.

For the beach and swimming, you can go to Anse Azerot (about 12 km) or to the various beaches of the peninsula of La Caravelle (about 20 km from the villa).

The village of Le Lorrain with supermarket and local shops is about 2 km


The villa

With a total area of approximately 230m², the property is divided into 2 houses:

The main house includes:
-2 large air-conditioned bedrooms furnished with Queen Size Beds (160X200) and exclusive shower room
- 1 small air-conditioned room furnished with bunk beds for 2 children
- 1 living room with table and sofas
- 1 large terrace-veranda with wide sea view, dining area and lounge area
- 1 large modern and well equipped kitchen accessible by a small covered terrace. It also hosts a dining area (5-6 people maximum)

Ten meters from the main house, the second villa includes:
- 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with Queen size beds and private shower room
- 1 air-conditioned room with bunk beds that can accommodate 2 children and private shower room.

The house also hosts a nice little secured pool (4X3m).

The house is surrounded by a large park and enjoys a beautiful view of the sea.
