This beachfront property is half a mile up the road from Pier Park, which is home to over 100 stores, restaurants, cinemas, and all sorts of entertainment. Treat your kids to a day of fishing at the Russell-Fields Pier or hours of outdoor fun at Gulf World, Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf, and Shipwreck Island Waterpark. You'll also be only eight miles southeast of Powell Lake in Camp Helen State Park.

Great complex, unit needs some attention

Condo complex was excellent. Building location and amenities were great. Only issue was that the unit was in pretty bad shape. Light bulbs were burnt out, toilet didn't flush, toilet paper holder and towel holder both fell off the wall. This unit needs some attention. Even the clock on the wall had only 1 hand. Would come back to this complex again, but would stay at a different unit.

Great condo!

The condo was fabulous! Spacious, beds were so comfy, and kitchen had everything we needed. The balcony was a great size but the furniture wasn’t very comfortable to sit and relax on. $100 was a little excessive for parking! All in all, great place and would definitely stay again!

Disappointed for the first time

Neglected and in dis-repair. Decore reminded me of a nursing home. No grill, hardly any cooking supplies. Leg falling off of main table. Sparce towels. Toilet paper dispenser in hall bath fell of the wall when we first used it. Check in was no longer guest friendly. Furniture stained and falling apart. The unit needs a full renovation. Far inferior unit compared to the ones we stayed in the past 5 years.

Long Weekend

The Good. The location of the property was perfect for where we needed to be. The condo is around a quarter of a mile from Pier Park. Check in was easy. The bad. There were a few things I was not thrilled about. The issues are easily corrected. A couple of the issues should have never happened. 1. The master bedroom sheets had dried blood on them! I don’t even know how this is possible! We requested new sheets. They were dropped off but no one told us and we didn’t find them till the night before we left. 2. The dryer does not dry your clothes. We had to run it twice to get them semi dry. It was a small load. 3. The TV in the living room is old and does not have half of the listed channels on it. The boxes are in the bedrooms and if you wanted to watch any sports channels (College Football/MLB) you had to watch TV in bed. There is a large smart TV in the bedroom. It would have made way more sense for that TV to be in the area where everyone could watch it. 4. There were no extra linen/blankets/pillows. Not one. 5. The bed in the spare room has an oversized headboard that would beat the walls. The owners wrapped sheets in tape and pushed it behind the headboard to keep it from beating holes in the walls when you lay on the bed. It was bad! 6. The ice machine was overflowing with ice and when we opened the freezer door ice poured out onto the floor. I had to repair the ice maker. Location is great. The upkeep is sub par.

Everything was great, room was huge, first condo I’ve stayed in that the elevator was fast. Only complaint was that the floors were dirty and I know sand is hard to get up but this was not swept at all.

It was ok

We normally love the vacasa locations we rent but this specific condo wasn't that great. The initial set up was pretty & seemed cleaned but we couldn't find some of the TV remotes, had to buy batteries for the remotes we found & the biggest issue was when we went to let out the couch. It was extremely nasty. We went & bought an air mattress in order to not use the couch bed.

Pictures look way better than actual unit.

Convenient location, the condo was quite large, and not nearly as crowded as many of the other resorts. The wine bar was nice by the pool. However, we were disappointed in many of the amenities - run down furniture, uncomfortable patio chairs, and 1406 is literally one of the only units without a grill on the balcony, although the online pics showed it with one.

Great View - Unit Needs an Update

First, don't take the criticism too harshly. You will enjoy staying in this unit. Our problems with it are merely cosmetic. The furniture needs updating, the 2nd bathroom door needs replacing, the kitchen faucet needs to be repaired or replaced. Just things like that. The place was sparkly clean, quiet and of course...that view. The building itself could stand some cleaning and maintenance as well. But again, if you stay here, you will enjoy it.

Awesome Family vacation

We had the most awesome family vacation ever. The condo was perfect and the staff at Sterling was the best! Natalie made ever effort to make our stay stress free!! The only issue that we encountered was limited handicap accessibility to the beach. But all in all a wonderful stay and will be back!

Seabreeze Jazz Festival

Me, my wife and my aunt were down for the Jazz Festival. We chose Sterling Breeze because of the location and the reviews of their condo were good. It didn’t disappoint we were very happy with our accommodations. The condo was very clean roomy and provided the best views on the Beach. We definitely plan on staying here again in 2023 or maybe sooner. Thanks

Great place for a group!

We had the best time, the balcony view was great and the condo was plenty spacious for the 5 of us ladies!! It was really nice to have the 3 bathrooms! There were even some beach chairs in the condo to use, that was a great surprise!! Wish both elevators worked because sometimes there was a wait for elevator space but that was just a minor thing since we only used it twice a day (once to get to the beach in the A.M. & once to go back to the room after sunset)

So much potential

Check in was not organized as the conceriege walked away from desk and left a sign be back in 15 minutes. 45 minutes after arriving I’m in line with other guest who have been there over an hour. An owner saw us and made a phone call to get us help. The conceriege returned and asked who’s upset. I was told you all were upset. Then the condo did not have the grill that was advertised. It broke with the last guest so it was removed and not replaced. This changed our eating arrangements right away. The washer was broken and only washed in hot water and the dryer took three cycles to dry anything. The master toilet ran nonstop and the handle to the balcony door was broken meaning it couldn’t be open from the outside. The elevator broke on our day to go home putting the condo down to one elevator for 20 something floors.

Great Condo

Our family of four enjoyed our stay very much. The view is tremendous. The Condo was actually more spacious than I imagined. The kitchen has virtually everything you need- Coffee maker, wine bottle opener, can opener, all the pots and pans and skillets and mixing bowls and baking dishes, utensils, plates- everything. Honestly, the only thing I would have liked to have had was a pair of kitchen shears or scissors to cut bags open, but a knife did the trick. The outdoor grill did not function so we were credited back a small fee for each day which was nice compensation. They had beach chairs and toys in the closets. I bought a tension rod that expanded to 48” and brought a couple of panels from home to put up in the opening between the hall and bunkbeds so my daughter could feel she had her own space and privacy. That worked out well. I like Sterling Breeze because it is on the west end of Panama City Beach and not as crowded as further east on Front Beach Road. It’s very close to Pier Park and the grocery store. You can get in your car and drive anywhere else on the beach you want to go, such as the Marina and other sight seeing places. The staff is friendly. Vacasa had excellent communication from beginning to end. This is the second time we have stayed at Sterling Breeze and I definitely would again.

Wonderful View

The Sterling Breeze unit 1406 was just as it was advertised; Nice furnishings, good view, easy check in-out, and close to activities and ocean. The only negative I had was the mattress in the master bedroom was hard, and 2 of the 3 beach chairs they had in the closet were broken. Other than that, it was a great unit.
