Located in one of the most sought after areas in Panama City, This vacation rental is within walking distance of several restaurants, shops, the Russell-Fields fishing pier, and all the shops, restaurants, and entertainment options available at Pier Park. Great view

Overall a decent stay. The condo has a nice kitchen… but it is not very well supplied with utensils, or cooking pots/pans. Example… the condo sleeps 6 but theres only forks for four. Yes, inconvenient. Nice open space for the dining area and living room but again, for the amount of people it’s supposed to accommodate the seating is not adequate in my opinion. Two chairs and an uncomfortable couch. So, seating for five. Yes, you can use the kitchen table chairs but again not comfortable. There are two closets with a total of three hangers! The carpet is very worn, thin and stained… needs to be replaced. For what we paid, I think the owners could put a little bit more thought into accommodating their renters… I love the view and the condo it’s self… would like to go back however, the lack of “the small things” is lacking in my opinion.

One of the worse condos I have stayed in at Calypso.

This unit needs to have some things taken care of and add additional items in the kitchen. Floors were dirty, windows sills were dirty, furniture is looking really rough, probably need to replace the dresser in the master as the drawers would not open or close. Ceiling fans were dirty and dryer wasn't working properly, probably due to the lint vent which has a hole in it.

Vacation stay at Calypso

Overall the stay was great. Very nice view on the 23rd floor. Our property was clean. The property does need some updating as far as furniture and cooking pots and pans. Furniture is showing lots of wear and tear. Teflon pans were pretty beat up. Ice machine for the fridge didn't work well so we bought our own ice. Elevators were an issue, seemed like everyday one of the three wasn't working. Staff seemed on top of cleanliness, vacuuming elevators, keeping sand off the walkways and cleaning floors. After booking our stay, I was alerted that to use the garage, I had to purchase a parking pass. To me, that should of been included with the stay. Overall nice stay though. The addition of Tower 3, with the Cafe was a great spot to go for coffee!

View was beautiful if you are not scared of heights. The inside of the unit did not meet our needs based on the price. The furniture was dirty and broke! We do not recommend that unit for future beach goers!

Good potential

This condo has good potential due to the location (top floor, corner unit). It has great views off the balcony. However, it needs a lot of attention to the furniture and extras in the condo. The couch was ripped and had large stains on it. One of the sitting chairs in the living room had a leg completely broken off. The entertainment center in the living room was completely broken. We advised of the broken furniture as soon as we checked in and were told someone would come address it but never heard anything else. There was very minimal silverware…I think 5 forks total. The beds and pillows were not comfortable Other than that it was a great stay. If you aren’t looking for the prettiest or most up to date condo this a great one to stay at due to location and ease of checking in.

Needs serious updates

This condo could be beautiful but the holes in the furniture and broken doors ruin it. Needs some serious love. This company on the other hand. I will never use them to rent again. Worst experience dealing with a company I’ve ever had on a vacation.

Disappointing

The lack of communication in the establishment was astounding. We arrived unaware of where to park, or where our room was even located. We were promised numerous amenities each day with our stay, and not only were we denied those amenities by the sponsors but denied access to beach chairs. There were 0 staff available to assist us and it was a huge disappointment overall to not experience anything we were originally promised. Anytime I contacted the number it was left with frustrating automated voice message systems or a simple “we do not recall that amenity at this time”. The only good thing about our stay was the location and video, but overall would rather stay at an establishment with better communication and advertising as promised.

Super clean

Good location, easy parking. Kitchen nicely stocked and good linens. The dryer may need a tune up, it kept cutting off before time was up. Would stay here again.

Beautiful view

The condo view and location were amazing. The condo was clean however the furniture needs help. The couch was dirty and torn. We used the spare blanket to cover it. The legs on the chair in the living room were broken. The toilet seat was hanging off (Vacasa did come fix that). The decorative finial fell off the headboard. Management company needs to tell the owner that items MUST be replaced.

Excellent Resort and Location, Condo Neglected

Awesome location and amazing views from the 23rd floor wrap around balcony. Doesn't get much better! Unfortunately the condo is neglected and needs attention. The furniture is ragged. Condo smelled musty when we arrived, then the master bathroom smelled like weed. Carpet is filthy.
