Tropical storm

Vacasa doesn’t deserve a 5 star review. (I spoke with several staff over the period of 1 week) Also received an email from Sheri during the stay, I responded with the message below, she did not respond. The room itself was great. Except the master bed was very hard and wasn’t too pleasant. Given the drastic Covid increase and significant storm that was occurring on check in day -peak storm at check in time- I requested a cancellation. I do understand it would have been a late cancellation but given the flash flood warnings (restricting you to be on the roads unless fleeing- received notification at 4pm) and potential for for extreme danger with driving conditions, a refund/ earlier check in time/change the trip days to one day later would have been appreciated. Our 2 and a half year old sons safety was at risk. I’m not ok with that. The roads were terrible and we are lucky we made it safely.

We take a trip to PCB annually. This year we booked late due to a conflict in our summer schedule. Anywho this unit was available and LOOKED good via the photos. If I had never stayed in any other units in this building or had never done a VRBO type rental, I would probably be ok. I have never (until now) been fooled by pics. Don't get me wrong, everything is in place per the photos but the QUALITY was lacking. The owner should consider doing some furniture and appliance upgrades. For the money I pay for beach rentals, I could have done better this time. The furniture looks like older used furniture that came out of someone's aunt's house. The MBR's headboard was peeling, the bed was poorly made and I found out why after the first night....the mattress is longer than the boxsprings, that's why the sheets wouldnt stay put. The carpet in the MBR needs to be pulled up and replaced, the dishwasher is old, the fridge has a moisture issue. Anything on the top shelf will be wet and soggy after a few hours, the underground kitchen sink is patched and barely holding on to the countertop, the area rugs are old and worn, the washer and dryer unit worked well but are old. My son used the pull out sofa but there was a blanket on it already but no sheets. Is the blanket clean or dirty????We made it thru but we won't be back.

where do I start? This unit? Needs a complete overhaul. The furniture sofa and loveseat are wicks. Wicks for sweaty. Heads from family to family. The rugs. Need to be replaced or steam. Shampooed. At least. Once a month. The kitchen. The pots and pans are scratched Teflon. I was afraid to use at home where I live. I only use stainless steel need new pots and pans. The closet in bedroom number two has pillows. That’s not moved day today today today. I pulled out something to put on the sofa bed because it had no linen. The pillows are stained. I need to be thrown away , I saw live bugs crawling on the crate that hangs out in the back bedroom number two. Disgusting. We have visited vacasa!. This was our third year. This is the third year. Not 33rd year three to stay with vacasa!. This is overall the worst, so I hope you were clean up this unit to feel more like a real home. That’s what we paid for , so that’s my story. You need to put linens on so that the couch bed can have linen. Thank you.

Reflections #608

Views are fantastic! However, rates have increased significantly. Wi-Fi is extremely POOR and the hot tub is usually out of order. Bay Point golf club is under new management and no longer offer seasonal rates or discounts. I would no longer recommend this as a snowbird stay.

Beautiful stay on the Bay

We had an exceptional time at Reflections. The property is lovely and the unit is beautiful, spacious, and very clean with a stunning view. The pool is quite large and the grounds are beautiful. We will definitely return!

Great property away from congestion of PCB

Very spacious and well decorated condo. Comfortable beds and furnishings. Wonderful pool and hot tub area. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Incredible views from the large deck. Was disappointed there was not a fitness center. Will definitely stay here again.

This is our 2nd time staying at Reflections unit 608

This is our 2nd time staying at Reflections unit 608. We absolutely love it! Plenty of room for the adults and the kids. The kitchen is nicely stocked too. The balcony overlooks the lagoon pool and hot tub and has awesome views of the bay. We enjoyed watching the boats come and go. Elevators are fast and the entire complex is very well maintained.
