Bright, comfortable, and family-friendly in every sense, this condo offers a private Gulf-view balcony where you can take your breakfast and morning coffee, as well as enviable on-site amenities that include a hot tub, a seasonally heated outdoor pool, a lazy river, and a fitness center. As for the kids, they'll delight in the mini-waterpark and the toddler-safe splash pad.

This Gulf-front property sits right on the sand, allowing you to swim, surf, fish, and kayak with ease. Great amenities
We loved our stay at 2002W! We have a baby and a toddler. The splash pad was perfect for our three year old. It’s covered, so when we had an expected pop up shower, we got to continue enjoy our time. Our daughter also loved the lazy river. This room has two chairs reserved on the beach which was super convenient. The room was very spacious and clean. I’d definitely stay again.

The building is located on an awesome beach!!! The splash is very nice and comfortable for kids!!! The beach is clean and love that renters has umbrella and beach chairs assigned without charge!!! The apartment was clean and comfortable but the courtain and one bed are not all of good and nobody goes for fix it!!!

Needs Updating and some simple repairs
A mostly descent condo that needs some upgrades and repairs. It was cleaned on the surface but when we had to move a bed to retrieve an item that fell we noticed garbage that was not cleaned from previous guests on the floor along the side of the bed, other than that bit it seemed pretty clean as to what can be cleaned by a housekeeper. The carpets were pretty dirty and stained in higher traffic areas. And there was a stain on the couch. The curtains were falling apart in the living room and could not be closed. A hook was missing off the bathroom door. Basically this place needs painted, the carpet replaced, new curtains and replace the couch. With a facelift this place could be pretty great. All of that said the basic essentials were there. TV, nice size refrigerator, coffee pot, dishes, pots, pans, towels, washer, dryer, even a couple beach chairs. The pool area was wonderful, especially on days we weren’t able to get in the gulf water. The condo has a beautiful view of the beach as well.

Room is nice..Complex can use some work
The unit was great. No complaints. For the money, it was clean and accommodated as promised. The view from the 20th floor is beautiful. There was an issue with the internet going out in the entire complex, but that is no fault of the owners. Also, the pool on the east side (lazy river) was nasty. It needed a serious cleaning and that is the reason for the one star deduction. Vacasa was great in responding to us and maintaining contact. If this review is not applicable to the complex, then it is 5 star worthy.

Sister's Retreat Trip
Property was spacious and met all our family needs. Beautiful views and a wonderful place to stay. Enjoyed all the amenities the resort had to offer. The only reason the property didn't get 5 stars were due to some cleaning/maintenance issues that I informed Vacasa about within 24 hours of arriving. Hopefully they fixed the twin bed railing that kept moving from the mattress itself and the ice maker from the outside of the fridge door needed to cleaned.

TERRIBLE BEDS but very nice place
Loved the condo layout. We had issues with a weird smell like a chemical or metal smell. Toilets and bathrooms showers all backed up. Worst part was the beds. Literally no softness at all. Asked for some kind of a topper for all of the beds and were told its not offered. Beds were very noisy just from kids moving. Sad but feel jipped on money we spent

We loved the location and the atmosphere but the room was not clean. Dust and MOLD in the air vents, dust on the curtains (like balls of dust), bath tubs and showers were dirty, the bed sheets had stains on them and were not clean. It stunk in there when we arrived, the floor was so slick our two year old fell twice and busted her head once. The toilets were rusted behind and leaking and the walls had marks all over them. Other than those things, it was great. We all came home sick from breathing in the dust and mold. I really hope the cleaning crew gets this under control.

Picture Perfect for Families with Children
We are so grateful we found splash resort when researching vacation resorts in PCB. The pools were perfect (not heated). The accessibility to the water park/splash pad was perfect. I think the mini splash pad needs some major remodeling, but my little guy liked it. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and well stocked. I think they need to provide more linens as the sofa bed only had sheets and no blankets. The view from the 20th floor was wonderful as well.

We loved this condo. Everything was as pictured. Super easy to find. Parking was a breeze. A couple of the pools were pretty cold but that’s expected this time of year. I would highly recommend this place. My family and I would definitely return to this place and resort.

Very disappointed
My family has stayed at Slash Resort several times. I have to say that this is the first time that I rented a unit that I was terribly disappointed. The carpet was black at the doorways, the bath sinks were clogged, we had a flood from the toilet not shutting off in which was told by emergency maintenance to maintain it the best we can till the next day, broken lamp shade in bedroom, broken lamp in master bedroom, someones clothes left in closet, and many other misc. issues. I am an investor myself and do not like to leave bad reviews but in this case, I feel the owners should know how their unit is being maintained.

This property is ok it wasn’t cleaned the best when we got there.. and if you need the sleeper sofa it isn’t comfortable at all and they don’t give you blankets for it i was Hoping With the other reviews the sofa would be changed but I’m with the others the sofa as a bed isn’t the most comfortable ! Other wise we didn’t have any major issues

Start to summer!
We loved how easy it was for our family of 4 to feel at home in this condo. We truly enjoyed the pool options and access to the great beach at this resort. We will definitely plan another trip. Our only frustration was in trying to get our things from the parking deck to our room and then back to the parking deck. There weren’t enough luggage carts and the line for the elevators were constantly backed up. We had to wait 4 to 5 rounds of the doors opening and closing before we could find an elevator with enough space to get on with the luggage cart. We wound up buying a utility cart at the local Walmart and that was much easier to use.

Great Family Condo
We had a great time at the splash resort! This unit is on the 20th floor, so great view but very high up. It worked well for us but may not if you are afraid of heights. We loved the convenience of being so close to the amenities. We were able to use the amenities before check in which was nice while waiting to get into the room. Things that could be improved are more dish towels for the kitchen (I only found one), plastic cups for the kitchen, and more blankets. We did not have any blankets except for the very light ones on our beds (couch pullout had no blankets available for it) and when we called to request some they said they weren’t allowed but would get back to us and didn’t. So bring your own blankets. The splash pad (which has nothing to do with the condo but is good to know) was so cold since it’s under the roof and not in the sun and had a huge bucket dumping water every minute or so, so my kids did not enjoy that, but they loved the rest. It was amazing to have the chair service included. And the customer service was great other than the blanket situation. Vacasa called to see if we had questions before our stay, sent a text about cleanliness when we arrived, and called on day 2 to check on us. I was very impressed. We would definitely recommend this condo!
