About this property

Beach Service / 2 King Primary suites plus bunk room

Calypso Beachfront Property 2-804 (8th floor) West Tower. Calypso Towers and Resort is considered the best location on the beach. Closest property to all that Pier Park has to offer! Park your car and walk to restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

We only book within a Saturday-to-Saturday week. 4 nights minimum required.

During Peak Summer Season, (June and July) we rent only 7-night stays Saturday to Saturday.

This is a non-smoking unit. No pets allowed. It is not rented to anyone under the age of 25.

3 Bedroom 2 Bath on the 8th floor of the West Tower. This unit sleeps a maximum of
6 guest total. For the comfort of our guest, maximum of 5 adults.

Complimentary Beach Chairs, one set (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) included with rental (March -October) Additional portable beach chairs available in unit for your use.
On site Tiki Bar. Firepits around the pool. Fitness Center. Emerald Hub casual cafe on site.

Balcony height patio furniture to enjoy the breathtaking PCB sunsets.

The living room features tile flooring, large sectional sofa, large flat screen TV, and balcony access with an amazing view of the white sand beach and emerald gulf waters. The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, and dining area that seats 6.

The master and second bedroom comfortably sleep 4 adults. Each bedroom offering king bed and wall-mounted flat screen TVs. Both bedrooms have an attached bathroom with shower/tub combo.

The third bedroom is a bunk room ideal for children with a bunk bed. The bunk bed has a twin mattress on top and double on bottom. The Bunk room is a separate room with a door but does not have a closet. The bunk room does have its own TV.

The unit includes a laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer.

We loved it!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The condo was perfect…very clean, great living room seating, comfortable beds, and well stocked with everything you need! I appreciate the little things like the Kcups available when I arrived and having enough paper towels, napkins, and toilet paper to get us started! The location to Pier Park was perfect as we loved walking over to shop and eat! The view of the ocean is beautiful and I enjoyed the comfortable seating on the balcony. It was just a great vacation and I have no complaints! This is a perfect place to stay with your family or friends!

Life on the beach!

Awesome Vacation and family get together! Everything we needed to enjoy an amazing place! Nothing overlooked by our host! (as always)!! We will stay here whenever possible and would recommend it to anyone and everyone!

Perfect location and short walk to the Pier & Pier Park which we went to daily. First time staying at Calypso & will be booking here again. Loved all the portable fans. We normally take several since our whole family sleeps with one.

Family summer vacation

Condo was very nice and clean, the host was very nice and responded quickly to any of our questions. Was only a 5 minute walk to Pier park which had plenty of restaurants to choose from, and the beach chair service was very handy, we would definitely recommend this unit and complex for a great vacation!!

Do not like that they ask us to leave the poolside when the weather was perfect. They said it was lightning on the other side of town. The refrigerator in our condo did not keep cool. Other than that we had a good time.

This was our 3rd time at Calypso, and first in this condo. The condo was perfect for our family, balcony was big, and I loved the “coffee bar”. Brenda was easy to communicate with, and check-in / checkout was very simple. Would stay here again.

Great stay!

We always stay at Calypso every spring for the closeness to Pier Park but this condo was the best one we’ve stayed for its cleanliness, well stocked kitchen, nice bedrooms, and enough comfy living room seating for all 5 of us to enjoy a movie. We all brought blankets with us this time and there were even extra blankets to use. The balcony was great too with enough tall chairs for us all to enjoy the view. And, Brenda was easy to reach and nice to work with. I highly recommend this condo :)

Beautiful beach view

We stayed here while we were in town for a baseball tournament. The beds were so comfortable, the view of the sunset from the balcony was a sight that is rare to the eye. This location is near an outside mall that is a short walk away. Plenty of food places near by. We would definitely recommend this location and will book with them again if we are in the area. There were plenty of places to sit in the condo and the kitchen had several pots and pans for cooking. The water pressure was perfect for washing the days events off.

Comfortable and lovely condo.

We loved Calypso 804 W. Very comfortable beds and comfortable seating indoor and out. The views from the balcony are stunning, especially the sunsets. Awesome pools and super Tiki Bar that makes great non-alcoholic frozen beverages. The location is top notch. We had our groceries delivered at check in and the walkability to restaurants, shopping and ice cream are outstanding. Our vehicle left the parking garage twice all week. We had one minor glitch and the property manager, Brenda, straightened it out expeditiously! She was absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend reserving this lovely PCB condo for your future beach get aways!

Beach Bliss

Wonderful condo & wonderful host! My husband and I always stay at Calypso and we loved this room! Pictures didn’t do it justice. It was clean, spacious & tastefully decorated. Perfect communication with the host when there was a potential hurricane situation! 10/10 would book this place again. (My only complaint would be that we had to put a load of laundry in the wash before we leave and there wasn’t any detergent available. I feel if we have to pay a cleaning fee then we shouldn’t have to provide our own cleaning supplies to help clean for the cleaning crew. Also made me worry if the towels we used were properly cleaned since the previous guests may not have known to bring detergent. This would not deter me from staying there again, just a critique!)

Best Location in PCB

Our family of five just got home from our PCB vacation at the Calypso, West tower, August 2023. The unit was wonderful, pictures do not do it justice. The unit was clean and had everything we could possibly need. The beds were so comfortable. The water pressure in both bathrooms was great with the oversized shower heads. The owner must be a seasoned traveler, because there was no lacking of hooks on the walls and on the back of doors. Perfect to hang and reuse towels after you get out of the shower. They also had several night lights scattered all around the unit. We always bring night lights in an unfamiliar place, we didn't need them here. The unit also had an actual laundry room with a full size washer and dryer in the unit. It's always so nice to come home with all clean clothes. The only thing I would suggest, is to have a drying rack there for guests to use. We always bring our own (I know that's weird), but if there was one listed for the unit, we could have left it home. The beach front location was perfect for the stunning evening sunsets, and so easy to get to the beach each day. The location of the building could not get any better. We could easily walk to Pier Park which we did often. We could split up since we were all on foot. I can't say enough good things about the unit itself and it's excellent location. Brenda was easy to communicate with and responded to my emails/questions quickly. We were there for ten (10) nights, and it just wasn't long enough.

Owner very attentive!

Everything was as described. Owner was prompt with messaging. Would definitely recommend. The only snafoo was with the chair rental (2 that are included with the property). The people in charge of that are NOT organized nor seemed to care that they direct you to chairs that are already claimed. Would not recommend using them. Both times we were directed to a set only to return from the water to find our stuff relocated! :(
