Villa Di Sedona~ The Special Occasion Destination

Villa Di Sedona is an authentically built and designed Italian Country Villa. This lovely Villa is over 4500 sqft of luxurious living space which easily and comfortably accommodates 16 + of your friends or family members. The villa is set up on the inside and outside as an entertainers dream. In addition to the wonderful indoor space, Villa di Sedona also has stunning outdoor courtyards which boasts a beautiful and refreshing built in hot tub and pool ( both heated during summer months). A built in Gas BBQ, covered and uncovered lounging patio area as well as a covered outdoor dining area await Villa guest in the rear courtyards.

On the main floor (bedroom #1 - main floor master), floor the main floor master bedroom is currently set up with 2 (two) two queen beds. The main floor master also has an attached ensuite which boasts a glass stand up shower ( handicap bench available for guest use in closet ), a soaker tub, double sinks, bidet as well as a standard toilet.
On the main floor as well, you will also find a large and well stocked kitchen, two living room spaces, (one of which we call the Library/Parlor, two dining areas, a laundry room, butlers pantry, half round buffet counter area (directly across from the main dining room), which is great for buffets and a main level powder room. Bedroom #2 or The Master bedroom is located upstairs and is outfitted with a king bed. The upstairs master also boasts a huge master bathroom with a double shower (designed for 2 people & 2 full shower heads ), double sinks, whirlpool soaker tub, bidet and a standard toilet and a huge walk-in closet. All bedrooms are attached to a full bathrooms. Bedroom #3 is outfitted as a Queen bedroom and is located upstairs and has a private full bathroom (tub/shower combo, standard toilet, sink). Bedroom #3 is outfitted with a queen bed and shared it’s full bathroom with bedroom #4 Bedroom #5 is outfitted with a king bed (but Can be set up as 2 twins if requested ahead of time) and shares the full bathroom with bedroom #3. Bedrooms #4 & #5 bathroom has a tub/shower, standard toilet, and toilet. Bedroom #6 is outfitted with 3 Costco Sofa Sleepers, a mini bar, and is set up with a Roku TV and PS 4 Game System. VillaDiSedona will have the additional air mattress beds made up and ready for guests when requested with a minimum of 2 advanced notice.

Guests have access to the Entire Villa, and all the updated back court - yard areas including the BBQ gazebo, covered patios, hot tub, and pool areas. The recreation / intimate affair courtyard is not part of the standard rental.

There is also a 40 x 100 outdoor open air recreation court. This area is 40 X 100f square and is perfect for quiet & small intimates. This area is set up with overhead cafe lighting / string lighting. Please inquire for more information.
