Come as you are, kick off your shoes, and immerse yourself into this tropical Paradise. The spectacular beaches are only 2 miles away. A kayak and boat launch into Forked Creek is only 300 yards down the road. Forked Creek has abundant wildlife including dolphins and manatees. Many safe bike routes are nearby. Fantastic restaurants are an easy drive and many of them are on the water. We enjoy offering couples and families a wonderful value added vacation and a great guest experience as well. We like to think we've thought of everything to make your stay both memorable and enjoyable.

Included in your stay are bicycles, kayaks, beach supplies, and a hot tub. Manasota Key beach comes highly recommended by the locals and is a great spot for any occasion! With a unique location, this two bedroom house has everything you need for an amazing vacation.

We've ensured your ability to prepare, serve, and then relax any way your heart desires with a fully stocked Kitchen and comfortable Living Room. Enjoy luxury linens in your King size beds. Outside, your private furnished outdoor lanai awaits; where you can dine, take a dip in the hot tub, or lounge the day away.

If you have any questions, always feel free to contact us directly. Please note, there is a Ring doorbell located outside the front door facing the lawn that is active and will be in use during your stay. There is also a video camera inside the garage facing the kayaks and bikes that will be in use during your stay.

Absolutely Perfect Get Away

We loved our stay our your home! You had everything there that we could have possibly needed down to the decor which was so fun for a beach vibe! Loved the location. We had a great week in this rental! It was well stocked and just as the listing photos shows it. It was in a great area that was quiet and not very crowded. The beaches are so close and simply beautiful. We look forward to returning.

Far exceeded our expectations!!

The property was exceptional!! The exterior and interior have been recently updated and the house was spotlessly clean and very tastefully decorated in a beach theme. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything guests might possibly need, including a wine refrigerator. Two bikes, two kayaks, paddleboard, and beach gear offer multiple possibilities to explore the area. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet and the location is central to visit the numerous beaches in the area. For those guests who enjoy pure relaxation time, the hot tub and enclosed lanai with television are perfect. While a beachfront location is probably everyone's dream, Manasota Key Beach is only a quick, easy six minute drive away. Ron was very prompt and helpful in answering questions. Book this property if you find it available!!

Awesome beach house

Was really impressed with this property. The house is beautiful and clean. It has a really nice set up with big comfy beds and a really nice screened in porch with TV for a great place to hangout. 5 minutes drive to the beach or to get almost anything you need. Our family really enjoyed staying here to the point we are probably going to relocate from Maryland to this area in the near future.

This property is one of the nicest we have stayed at, and we have stayed all over Florida. The host seems to have thought of absolutely everything to make our stay perfect. Ron the property manager was very helpful and professional. The house is close to everything that we were interested in while being in a quiet, serene, friendly neighborhood away from all of the hustle and bustle. It is spotlessly clean and very comfortable and that includes the beds!! We would give the highest rating possible and the highest recommendation. Thank you for the use of your home. We plan to return.

A little piece of paradise!

We really enjoyed our time here! The home is lovely, the owner responds quickly and is very helpful, and there's no beating the price! We went to several different beaches within minutes of the house, and we used the kayaks twice. The neighborhood is very quiet but close to restaurants and stores. The house was the perfect size for our family of five (two adults, a 16 yo, 12 yo, and 10 yo). We had room to spread out, did laundry, cooked every day, and enjoyed the lanai, which has a TV, solving the what-to-watch arguments between children more than once. We will definitely recommend this place to friends and family, and we hope to stay here again in the future!
