Amazing beach memories will be made at this gorgeous, Gulf front home. Relax and unwind in this rental located within the Sterling Resort in beautiful Destin. This home has a fully equipped kitchen that will make preparing delicious meals a breeze. Spacious and beautifully decorated, guests can spread out and enjoy plenty of privacy. Cool off after a day at the beach in one of two shared pools. The pool located next to the beach is heated during the winter months and the zero entry pool located next to the complex offers waterfalls and a great place for families and friends to relax.

Dine beachside at the Back Porch that offers local seafood and other delicious menu items, located right next door. The Candy Shop is perfect for grabbing breakfast on the go or sweet treats for the kids, also within walking distance. For outdoor fun beyond the beach, visit Henderson Beach State Park, just a little over a mile east, where you can hike the trails and the boardwalk, watch for native wildlife, and enjoy a picnic.

Nice Clean Place; Staff Responsive
I loved the room itself - very spacious for two and prolly up to 4 ppl. While we had a few issues during our stay, the staff was very responsive and friendly. The distance from the beach was perfect for us for the price and the proximity to everything in town was also perfect.

Great location
Great location. Right on the beach. 10 min drive to downtown. Wish it had more of a “ocean” view but you need a higher floor to see past the palm trees. Overall great experience.

My vacation at Sterling Shores.
3 adults, & (1) 6 yr old child. I wasn't told l had to provide toilet tissue or extra towels after going to beach or pool every day. Also a cleaning product was placed on top of dryer. The Drapery was hanging off the hinges when we came. My sister in-law used a chair to hang the drape and a hook still missing. Unit was clean bedrooms were nice bathrooms were ok. Jacuzzi didn't work and TV remotes were mixed up in wrong rooms. 3 days into vacation before we realized they were just in wrong rooms. Called for more towels, was told we'd been given enough and that's all we're getting. We washed them twice in the 4 day period there. Elevators never worked, very long wait. Not good for (2) 70 + yr old women with heart conditions. Otherwise,Stay there was okay for 4 days.

This was the perfect spot for my family as we were a walk away from the beach (like it says in the description). activities all around us and amazing food every where. We were not disappointed any of the food choices around. The manager was quick with responses which we appreciate it.

The heated pool was clean and it was warm enough to swim in while it was drizzling. The access to the beach was a quick 2 minute walk with a good foot wash station.
