Whether you have come to golf, stroll around the medieval streets, have fun on the beaches, explore Fife’s beautiful coastline or venture further afield, our house is a conveniently located base to enjoy your time together.

The house is one of a small group of individually designed steading buildings surrounding a central courtyard and adjacent to the original old farm house. The property is on two floors. The spacious open-plan living area, including lounge, dining area and kitchen, is on the first floor to take full advantage of the superb panoramic views. The living room features a highly realistic log-effect gas fire with glowing ember bed complete with remote control and a Samsung 50" QLED Smart TV with soundbar. On the ground floor there are 3 good-sized bedrooms, one with king sized bed (with a large en-suite shower room with luxurious walk-in shower) and two bedrooms each with twin beds. There is also a family bathroom on the ground floor equipped with bath and integral shower. Conveniently, upstairs there is a separate roomy guest WC. All bathrooms and WC have been completely renewed and upgraded to a very high standard. The recently modernised kitchen is fully equipped with integrated appliances and the utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. Our home has a secluded south-facing patio equipped with outdoor furniture as well as dedicated parking directly in front of the property.
