The villa consists of a large dining room and kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 2 double and 2 twin bedrooms, one of which is located in an annex outside the villa. If you love to spend your holiday outdoors, the villa offers two splendid areas where you can eat and relax immersed in the green of the garden, enjoying the turquoise of the sea ....
Inside the property, there are two comfortable parking spaces. The villa is also equipped with a washing machine, pots and pans, water supply and linen (on request for a fee, € 15 per person). Final cleaning 50 €.

Soggiorno con famiglie

Ottima sistemazione per famiglie. Casa ben fornita, eccetto accessori di tessuto (oltre quelli indicati - lenzuola e asciugamani- abbiamo usato nostri stracci e tappetini per bagno). Ampi e comodi spazi comuni, angolo cottura piccolino. Nota per chi viaggia senza macchina/con bimbi piccoli: strada di ritorno dal mare con salita. Location veramente stupenda e comoda.

Bel soggiorno

Magda si è dimostrata una oste molto attenta ai suoi ospiti. La struttura è comoda, con una bella vista sul mare dall'alto della sua posizione. In 10 minuti a piedi si arriva alla bellissima spiaggia di Costa Rei. La posizione della casa è strategica anche per raggiungere in auto altre belle spiagge nelle vicinanze. Come scritto in altre recensioni, gli infissi avrebbero bisogno di manutenzione, in quanto rumorosi o resistenti nel manovrarli. La cucina è piccolina, così come la stanza con i letti a castello. Suggerimento: spostando il frigorifero nel tinello si potrebbe recuperare spazio per una lavastoviglie in cucina. All'esterno il portico attrezzato con tavolo e sedie è ottimo per la convivialità. Sarebbe opportuno illuminare meglio l'esterno, ad esempio davanti la dependance; anche i comandi per l'illuminazione del portico non sono in posizione comoda. Grazie a Magda per la bella accoglienza.

Posizione ottimale per la vista, scomada da raggiungere, c'è una strada stretta con una salita ripida, inoltre le indicazione stradali per raggiungere la casa vanno segnalate, perché Google Maps non la riconosce Via Prua

Tolle Lage; Haus mit ein paar Mängeln

Wir waren im Oktober 2021 für eine Woche in dem Haus. Die Lage ist super. In wenigen Autominuten erreicht man die schönsten Strände Sardiniens, einer schöner als der andere. Vom Haus aus hat man einen schönen Blick aufs Meer. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern Magda und Mauro war unkompliziert und nett. Mauro hat uns empfangen und uns alles gezeigt und war auch bei Problemen jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Das Haus selbst ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Küche ist sehr klein. Bei unserem Aufenthalt funktionierten zwei von vier Gasplatten am Herd nicht. Die Matratzen sind sehr durchgelegen und weich und müssten unserer Meinung nach mal gegen neue ausgetauscht werden. Die Einrichtung des Wohnzimmers ist eher spartanisch. Wir vermissten eine gemütliche Sofa-Ecke, auf die man sich abends auch mal bequem zu viert setzen kann. Im Sommer ist das nicht so wichtig, da ist man ja eh die meiste Zeit bis spät abends draußen, aber im Oktober sind die Abende doch manchmal schon etwas kühl und da hätten wir es uns gerne im Wohnzimmer gemütlich gemacht, wozu das Haus aber nicht gerade einlädt. Anders als auf den Fotos zu sehen wurde der Rasen inzwischen gegen Kunstrasen ausgetauscht. Das ist sicher pflegeleicht und spart viel Wasser, ist aber vielleicht nicht jedermanns Geschmack. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Trotz dieser kleineren Mängel hatten wir einen fantastischen Urlaub im schönen Sardinien!

Schönes Haus und gelegen in Cost Rei

Ein zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Objekt, aber grundsätzlich ist es ein sehr schönes Objekt, am Hügel zu Costa Rei mit Ausblick. Es hat keine Klimaanlage, aber die Gemäuer halten es relativ kühl. Super angenehm ist das zweite "Häuschen", das die Teenager sich absondern lässt von den Erwachsenen. Komplett eingerichtet und sehr schön. Alles nur zu empfehlen und vielleicht lassen sich die weichen Matratzen bald mal ersetzen?

Bella casa a 10 minuti a piedi dal mare

La casa è molto comoda ed inserita in un bel contesto. Molto fruibile il patio esterno con grande tavolo tavolo e bbq. Abbiamo soggiornato in 8 utilizzando anche la camera nella dependance e ci siamo trovati bene. Proprietaria molto disponibile. La mancanza di aria condizionata potrebbe essere un problema in caso di giornate molto calde.

Bellissime vacanze al mare

Bel soggiorno nella casa di Magda che ci ha accolto con simpatia e professionalità. Tutta la famiglia ( 6 personne dai 2 a 60 anni ) ha approfittato di tutti gli angoli della casa, dal giardino al patio con barbecue. Nessun problema con la casa durante il nostro soggiorno. Zona molto tranquilla a 15 minuti a piede della meravigliosa spiaggia di Costa Rei e di tutti i ristoranti. Grazie a Magda per i consigli di ristoranti Patrizia

Drei Generationen

Da wir zu acht waren (erweiterte Familie mit Grosseltern) war diese Wohnung mit Dépendence geradezu perfekt. So konnten wir alle drei Bäder nutzen und hatten einen grosszügigen, stilvoll eingerichteten Wohn-, Essraum ohne den üblichen Schnickschnack. Die Küche und zwei Schlafzimmer sind zwar eher klein, dafür hats in der Küche von allem genug! Auch die Lage ist ideal, etwas erhöht mit Aussicht, trotzdem ist alles auch zu Fuss erreichbar (Brötchen, Strand, Supermarkt). Von hier aus erreicht man ausserdem in kürzester Zeit die genialsten Strände, die nicht einmal im Juli überlaufen sind. Besonders gerne haben wir den überdachten Vorplatz im Garten benutzt, auch dieser grosszügig und schön schattig zum Sitzen am Nachmittag oder Abend. Wohnungsübernahme und Abgabe war unkompliziert und herzlich, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Uns zieht es seit Jahren immer wieder nach Sardinien. Costa Rei wird uns in bester Erinnerung bleiben!

Lovely clean house with great view, at a beautiful holiday resort with perfect beaches

The property is attractive and well configured, and was pretty well set up for holiday stays. It is on quite a steep hill but that means it has a spectacular view, so the climb is worth it. It was particularly hot when we were there, so we bought some extra fans and that made the nights much more pleasant. The owner was helpful in answering questions beforehand and met us at a local petrol station to take us to the house, which made things easy. The resort is lovely, with truly amazing beaches, but it is nothing more than a beach resort, so there isn't anything else to do there, but my family were very content with their noses stuck in a book all day! Restaurants were lovely, lots of supermarkets and everyone we spoke to was charming and friendly.

Casa e mare meravigliosi!

Eravamo in nove amici, cinque adulti e quattro ragazzini, e abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza a Costa Rei nella casa di Magda. La casa è grande, luminosa, accogliente, pulita e con una splendida vista sul mare di Costa Rei che si può raggiungere a piedi con una camminata di una quindicina di minuti.

Le Paradis!

La Maison de vacances est très bien située. On a adoré déjeuner sur la terrasse avec le chant des oiseaux et le soleil du matin . La plage à 500 mètre est juste Magnifique... Merci Magda pour votre gentillesse et vos réponses rapides à toutes nos questions et nos demandes . Cette villa est un excellent rapport qualité-prix. A très bientôt nous espérons .

Alles war mit Ordnung mit paar Einschränkungen

Ein Bad Dusche 60:60 cm viel zu klein und 3 Tage war kaputt nach Reparatur war kein Apflus aus der Dusche Elektroinstalation viel zu schwach Mann konnte nicht gleizeitlich Wasser heizen und Wasser kochen siesierungen viel zu schwach

Schönes Häuschen für 2 kleine Familien. 10min zum Strand zur Fuß.

Schönes Häuschen, 2 Terrassen, nette Vermieterin, die bei Problemen (Glühbirne mal kaputt) sofort erreichbar war und geholfen hat. Waren 2 dreiköpfige Familien. Mit mehr Leuten ist es unserer Meinung nach zu klein (das Zimmer mit dem Stockbett wurde als Gepäckablage benutzt, ein Kind musste dazu mit im Bett schlafen) . Zur Fuß in 10min an schönem Strand,viele kleine Supermärkte und Restaurants in selber Entfernung. Einziges Manko: Kein WLAN, es ist gibt ein kostenpflichtiges WLAN für Costa rei, man hat in dem Haus aber selten eine stabile Verbindung. Damit kann man aber Leben denke ich :)

Ferienhaus mit tollem Meerblick

Das Haus und der Garten waren sehr sauber. Es ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Die Lage und der Meerblick sind perfekt. Die in der Beschreibung angegebene Zahl der zur Verfügung stehenden Zimmer passt allerdings nicht. Es sind lediglich 3 Schlafzimmer, eines mit Doppelbett (recht geräumig und nett eingerichtet), eins mit zwei Einzelbetten (kann man zusammenschieben, allerdings recht eng). Das weitere Zimmer mit Hochbett ist für zwei Erwachsene wohl nicht zu empfehlen. Die angegebenen 3 Badezimmer sind lediglich 2 Duschen mit jeweils WC und Waschbecken im Haus und eine Außendusche. Die Personenzahl ist meines Erachtens mit 8 Personen zu hoch angesetzt. Was noch zu erwähnen wäre ist, dass zusätzlich zu dem vereinbarten Preis von der Vermieterin vor Ort 15 Euro p.P. für Reinigung der Handtücher/Bettwäsche sowie 50 Euro für die Endreinigung in Rechnung gestellt wurden. Auf der Seite "Mietpreise" im Online-Inserat ist vermerkt, dass keine zusätzlichen obligatorischen Gebühren entstehen. Ansonsten verlief die Abwicklung sehr unkompliziert. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und ich glaube, dass die unkorrekte Beschreibung des Hauses sowie die Angaben zu weiteren Kosten ein Übertragungsfehler von FeWo-direkt ist und überarbeitet werden müsste.

Bellissima e pratica

Abbiamo soggiornato due settimane in questa bellissima villa e siamo stati benissimo. La casa corrisponde appieno alla descrizione. Abbiamo apprezzato il soggiorno molto ampio ed il grande portico . Il giardino è sicuro per i bambini e c'è una bella quiete sia di giorno che di sera. La proprietaria è gentilissima e disponibile.
