Start your morning off with a cup of coffee on the private balcony as you soak in the views, and end each evening by the wood-burning fireplace in the open living room. The cozy upstairs reading nook furnished with a desk is a great place to relax or catch up on some work without interruption.

Situated just one mile south of Purgatory Resort, this condo offers the convenience of nearby shops, eateries, and activities while still being immersed in nature. Purgatory Resort has year-round, family-friendly activities, including a mountain coaster, biking, and skiing. Numerous hiking trails surround the area as well. The town of Durango is just 24 miles away, where you can take full advantage of mountain recreation.
