In a small co-ownership located behind the dune of the beach of Savanne, this pretty villa any renovated can accomodate 6 holiday makers in 3 rooms: 1 in ground floor (2 bunk beds in 90) with room of water and toilets separate, the 2 others, equipped with beds in 140, are on the floor which one reaches by a very comfortable staircase.
The living room is spacious and the kitchen is an invitation to cook.
Outside: Terrace and barbecue for beautiful evenings gently sloping.
Place in secure parking.
You will reach the beach directly by the path of the dunes.
The city center is 5 minutes by car and the port.

Küche gut, Rest mittelmäßig

Während die Küche gut ausgestattet ist, sind Bad und WC viel zu klein und zudem ohne Fenster. Auch fehlt ein bequeme Sitzmöglichkeit.

Maisonnette idéale pour 2 à 3 personnes même s'il y a le couchage pour 6. Les chambres à l'étages sont très bien, spacieuses et avec des placards ; bonne literie ; MAIS le bas est vraiment petit ; surtout les sanitaires SDB et WC sont minuscules . Heureusement il y a un extérieur sympa. Par contre tout est prévu pour le locataire et les appareils ménagers sont de qualité.

appartement mal conçue

Nous avons été obligés de laver les protège-matelas ainsi qu'une partie de la vaisselle. La salle de douche ainsi que le wc sanibroyeur trop exigus ne sont pas adaptés à des adultes et de plus sans ventilation bonjour les odeurs dans la cuisine et le salon. Une chambre équipée d'un grand lit à une hauteur moyenne sous plafond de 1.50 m il faut ramper pour accéder au placard. pas de barbecue mais une plancha dans un état de saleté tel qu'inutilisable. ATTENTION DANGER : prise électrique de la salle de douche sans prise de terre et dans le volume de protection de la douche ainsi que le robinet de la cuisine inversé chaud/froid.

Excellente base pour vacances à l’océan

Appartement très agréable, grande terrasse, à deux pas de la plage de Santocha, près du front de mer et à 10 min du port, 2 vraies chambres à l’étage, on y a passé une très bonne semaine !

Wir waren zu 5 Freundinnen für 1 Woche in dem Häuschen und trotz der geringen qm zahl, war das Häuschen vollkommen ausreichend! Die Terrasse und Lage sind unschlagbar! :)

Surf et golf

Emplacement idéal avec la corniche du prevent, le centre de Capbreton et la plage à pied en 10min max. Location bien équipée. Bonne surprise avec le ventilateur notamment et le lave linge. Parking privé très agréable également. Seul bémol : salle de bain vraiment petite.

Appartement in guter Lage

Das Haus ist nicht sehr groß, wir fanden es für 2 Personen jedoch ausreichend, da es die wirklich schöne und große Terrasse gibt, auf der man sich aufhalten kann. Der Wohnbereich ist eher klein, wenn man nicht auf der Terasse frühstücken kann und deswegen der große Tisch von der Terrasse rein gestellt werden muss. Die Ausstattung insgesamt ist sehr gut. Die Lage ist super, zum Strand sind es über die Düne nur wenige Minuten. Auch ins Zentrum sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Leider war die Toilette ohne unser Zutun defekt und 24 Stunden nicht nutzbar. Das kann passieren. Jedoch konnte das Problem erst am Abend gelöst werden, und wir haben den ganzen Tag warten müssen. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn das Problem behoben worden wäre, ohne dass wir dafür anwesend sein müssen. Seitens der Agentur gab es letztlich auch kein Kulanzangebot oder eine Geste der Entschuldigung.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit, das Haus war sehr sauber und der Kontakt war hervorragend! Allerdings sind die Bilder insofern etwas irritierend, da es sich nur um einen einzigen Tisch handelt, der sowohl auf der sehr geschützten und großen Terrasse steht, als auch als Küchentisch benutzt werden kann, sollte es mal regnen...... Eine der Matratzen war hervorragend, die andere wohl schon etwas länger im Gebrauch, allerdings wurde das bereits auch durch Muriel von der Agentur vermerkt. Alles in allem ein entspannter und ruhiger Urlaub direkt hinter der Düne in absoluter Strandnähe. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Schicke Wohnung mit Top Lage!

Das Apartment ist sehr schön und für vier Leute (Familie) völlig ausreichend. Es ist nicht sehr groß, aber dafür perfekt arrangiert. Die Ausstattung ist toll, es ist einfach (fast) alles da. Gerade in der Abstellkammer finden sich viele nützliche Dinge, gerade auch für die Terrasse. Diese ist riesig groß :) Zum Strand sind es etwa 5 min über die Düne - genial. Muriel ist super nett, freundlich, immer erreichbar und kümmert sich...
