Quiet Safe family stay in North Rosarito

This new two-bedroom duplex home is located in Fraccionamiento Rancho Del Mar in North Rosarito. This is a gated community that offers 24 hour security. The community is very safe. Kids can ride bikes, skateboard on the street or race their RCs with very little traffic.

Our gated community is located next to the Convention Center which hosts several community, wine, religious and music events.

We are 5 minutes away from convenient stores and restaurants (Walmart, Applebees, Peter Piper, Cinema, Sushi, Tortas, and Italian). Take a drive to Popotlan, Puerto Nuevo or Ensenada and come back to the convenience of a home. Stay in with family and enjoy the Rosarito sunset on the rooftop.
Downtown Rosarito ( near the Papas N Beer location) is 7 miles away from the house - approximately a 15 minute drive.

One bedroom hosts a Queen bed. The second bedroom hosts two Twin beds. Two new bathrooms. Small kitchenette with full fridge and stove. Spacious living room area with a 60 inch Smart TV with Basic Dish service. Set up your Netflix account and watch your favorite shows. Free Internet access. Washer and Drier.

Go up on the rooftop for a beautiful sunset view.

    Address not accurate on vrbo website

    Initial communication with property owner was great but on the day of check-in owner did not respond to messages we were lost for an hour because the address on Vrbo is in that print we finally had to get a taxi to take us to the location which was A couple of miles away . The map on the website indicates the property to be about a few blocks away from the beach but that’s not accurate . The property is outside the city limit in a new gated community with empty fields around so you’re very secluded . The property is very clean .

    Extremely clean better than expected for Rosarito.

    Really enjoyed the stay and was better than the pictures. This place is immaculate clean. The Owner is very helpful. Only downfall is the directions and Google Map is not Accurate.

    Address and instructions not very clear

    The place was clean and well stocked. An inconvenience was that you need to turn in the electric water heater minutes before shower. There is no number for address of property on description. I had to get it from security guard and it was wrong until I was able to talk to Liz. You have to drive to the beach but not a biggie. Overall the property was really nice and clean. I just spent a night so not much to say. I did have a really good night sleep.

    This is a duplex house that will allow a small family of 4-5 to get away from the summer weather and come to a home and relax. It is a safe gated community for families. You will be away from the young community, loud music, and crowd in the center of the city.
